An excellent introduction to the CEC and convergence worship
As one who once cast aspersions on catholic liturgies I have come to appreciate through immersion the value of reverent and deliberate worship. What seemed lifeless and lacking in purpose or power was actually only veiled to me by my own pride. Surrendering my false superiority, humbling myself before God, and accepting the varied expressions of worship has allowed me to appreciate the variety and richness of worship across Christian communities and cultures. Is this the best or only way? Of course not. Is it a rich and valuable form of worship? Yes.This book is an excellent explanation and defense of the beliefs and practices of the CEC. While you might not agree with every practice or see the merits thereof, understanding the hearts and minds of fellow believers builds unity, multiplies peace, and pleases God. That of course should be our pursuit. Loving God and our neighbor.

Great History
History is always hard to write, since it always comes from a many individuals and their point of views. The author has done a great job laying out the foundations of the worship movement. Easy to follow and informative.

Hm... Sounds familiar.
All over the place and not well organized. Older booklet, and sadly not much more has been published. We need better and more.
