MSI GL65 9SE-249UK 15.6 Inch 120 Hz Thin Bezel slim and light gaming laptop i7-9750H RTX 2060, 16 GB RAM 256 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD

I bought this laptop and thought it was perfect in every way except for the horrible sound it has. Very tinny sound full of static that reminded me of the sound of old Nokias.Had to return it unfortunatly because for me that was a dealbreaker, nothing should ever sound like that.I have also read that this has to do with software in Msi laptops call Nahemic and issues with Realtek audio in windows 10.Not gonna rate it too poorly because everything else about this laptop is amazing, including the price.I’m also going to add the seller was very professional, and swift with my return and refund.

Arrived today, very pleased. Very quick delivery and boxed really well (if a little excessive) for fragility. Cant really comment on performance yet, but had a mate who knows about computers look over it and he was impressed. Very happy customer

This laptop is beautiful it does everything you expect however the battery life is poor I played one game and it was already on 30% and I have nothing else running or open

I don't know if somebody has the same problem I just ordered 2 days ago and the battery life is just 1 hour and 20 min. Its worst then my old laptop...

Honestly this is a very powerful setup with a minimal price tag. However. A swift upgrade to the SSD and ram. Would be a great investment. And swapping out the harddrive with another 2.5" SSD will see your performance staying in the top tier.But for the more brave users. I would highly recommend getting some thermal pads or high quality thermal paste to replace the stock thermal compound. As for lack of a better comparison this comes with factory paste that isn't too far off moist plasterboard. It's bitty and lumpy.Due to this. You will suffer thermal throttling quite significantly during any loaded application or gaming.If your brave enough to go liquid metal, you will get the maximum designed performance, rather than the manufactured performance.(Note liquid metal will need to be reapplied/topped up every 4-6months of use)Also note that the screen to keyboard gap when the laptop is closed is very flexible due to the lack of rigidity of the screen casing. And your screen will press on your keys. So keeping the cloth that comes with the laptop between the keys and screen is highly recommended.
