I recently tried these iron gummies and have been pleasantly surprised so far. The taste is quite good—not too sweet, which is a relief since many gummies can be overpowering. They have a nice, mild flavor that makes them easy to take daily. However, they are very chewy and tend to get stuck in your teeth, which can be a bit annoying. I’ve still given 5 stars because, unlike iron tablets or liquid forms I’ve tried in the past, these gummies haven’t been hard on my stomach at all, which is a huge win. Given this fact, the value for money is good! I’ll need a few more weeks to assess their efficacy, but so far, they’re a solid option for anyone looking for a gentler iron supplement. The taste is alright but the gummy gets too sticky on the teeth which can be irritating and has an after taste, could have been cheaper.

Very easy to take iron gummies, a little sweet but no aftertaste and definitely felt better after a week of taking, after 1 month a noticeable difference especially with motivation and exercise at the gym

Good tasting gummies used while pregnant when I couldn’t take pills

I've been anaemic in the past and I struggle with swallowing tablets, so i was searching for a gummy version. These were by far the cheapest option with the best reviews and I agree with the good reviews! They taste really nice, just a slight iron aftertaste, the texture is good, its not too chewy and I already feel like I have more energy. Also so far I have had no stomach issues as I have had with previous iron medication. For all you iron deficient people out there, try them you wont be disappointed :)

Realmente es difícil encontrar algún tipo de pastilla, gominola o jarabe, para suplir la falta de hierro, que tenga buen sabor y olor. Y más si es para niños. Este producto es buenísimo en esos aspectos. Al abrirlo, desprende un agradable aroma a fresa (nos ha recordado al regaliz color rojo) y es fácil de tomar (al menos por mi hija). Los "peros": no es barato y podría haber una cantidad mayor de hierro por gominola.
