It seems to work! Regardless, after years of using synthetic Mobil 1 oils, my Highlander started making a valve noise when starting up. Disappointed, I bought this, hoping it would quiet the noise. To my surprise, it did. I am not sure how long it will last. It is not that it is just my head, but I will definitely use it at every oil change from now on. Small price for peace of mind,

It’s hard to tell for sure if any fluid works for an engine issue, but in this case, I believe this fluid did quiet the ticking.

I have used this for years in an old pickup that has a sticky lifter. It works very well.

I have been an auto Tech for 45+ years, if this product doesn’t help sticky lifters or upper end noise then you very well need physical repair. Best upper valve train treatment I’ve ever used.

I have 2016 Mazda3 with 190,000 miles on it. Engine was vibrating on higher speed. After using this fluid vibration is gone. Now it is nice and smooth. What a great product! I highly recommend this after every oil change on high mileage vehicles.

I pour it in, let my engine idle 10 to 15 minutes, and the proof is in the color of the oil when I drain it! You won't regret your purchase! :)

Benefits aren't many but the one I wanted was to quiet down some noisy lifters. Worked for all of 1 hour before they went back and there's no traces of the stuff left in the oil at all.
