Excellent steam generator
9k unit. It's fantastic. It's quiet, it heats up fast and it has the ability to get as hot as anyone could want - it can get way, way hotter than anyone could stand. The first unit that came had an issue, but the seller was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it. Great service.

Great steam generator
I used this system to replace a obsolete Mr. Steam system. This was a third of the cost and produces more steam and faster than the old 7.5kw system ever did. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I needed help choosing which system to use and their customer support is excellent, they quickly responded to my questions and eased my concerns.

Use the size calculator tool
Description was excellent. Calculating size needed was easy. Calculations showed we were at top end of 6W. On the advice of our contractor, we decided to go with 9W. Depending on where you are installing, you most likely need the metal drain pan, also. Contractor is installing so I can’t yet comment on performance.
