Decent charger, but can be a little difficult to get things plugged in.
I picked up this charger because even though I have 4 XBox 360 controllers, I generally only use 1 or 2, so that is all I really need to keep charged. (Ditto for my PS3 controllers.)My biggest complaint is how difficult it is to align the USB connector for the PS3 controllers. I have this charging unit in a cabinet under my TV, so it is at about knee height. When I try to connect the PS3 controllers to the charger without pulling it out of the cabinet, it is pretty close to impossible. The PS3 controller just wasn't designed to make it easy to connect to that USB port, and nothing on this charger unit helps to overcome that limitation.Connecting the XBox 360 controllers is a little easier. I can usually get them connected without pulling the unit out of the cabinet, however, it may take a few tries. The main features of this unit, like the LEDs that show how charged your controllers are, are not really important to me. I usually only get to play for an hour or two, and then the controller goes on the charger, sometimes for a month or more at a time. So when I put the controller on the charger, I know it will be charged the next time I need it.Overall, this is a decent charger for the money. There are a few places that it could be improved, but overall it does what I need.

Really cool idea…but
It's was great, until one of the top lights stopped working couple days later. it is also very light, i wish it was a little more heavy and sturdy. over all it's really cool and i useful for those with both systems. i'm hoping they make new one for ps4 and xbox one but a lot better.

Worked in the beginning
The plugs that still charge, charge good. Some of them stopped (can't remember which) and the light is blue even when the controllers are dead so no idea when they actually charge. I don't play my 360 much and I charge my PS3 controllers with a wire now.

Solid Charging Device
What drew me is the attractive design used to create this product. It's not clunky or involve a ton of wires. It is exactly what I needed to charge my Xbox controllers, and looks attractive while doing it with the soothing leds light up when plugged in.My only complaint is I think you can't change the connector piece so your stuck with only charging two of one console which sucks if you have a party involvong 4 xbox controllers. Other then that a really solid charging device.

Not clear on capacity
Was not clear that it only charges two ps3 and two xbox at a time. It appeared it charged 4 controllers of either type. A bit disappointed as we wanted to charge 4 ps3's. Other than that, decent charging station.

Great deal for all the dual-system gamers out there
Now that you can get a 360 and a PS3 for less than you could have bought either individually when they launched, more and more gamers have both. Which is where this thing comes in.I was a little hesitant buying it at first because there were no reviews, however I found several on Newegg (it was cheaper here though - sorry Newegg) that gave it good marks, so took the plunge. I've had it about a month now and so far, so good. It's smaller than the picture might make it look, which is a good thing in my book. Hooking up the 360 controllers is a snap, for the PS3 it's a bit more of a challenge (as is the case with almost all PS3 chargers) because of the mini-usb design, but it's nothing too onerous. They are all held in securely and charge as expected.Overall I like it, really helps tamp down on the clutter that two systems brings. Only thing I'd like to see is maybe a usb port or two on the side to charge optional accessories, but that's really just a feature request, not a defect.

Skittish and unstable charging
I had to wiggle the controller until it started charging. The controllers are not getting the full charge and the system is showing they should be.

A great way to keep your 2nd-gen controllers tidy and charged.
I had the older models, which after two years finally gave up the ghost. These are a bit more colorful and feel somehow more durable when held hand in hand against the older models. It's a niche item for multi console owners but I do prefer these over my PS4/XB1 controller docks; the LEDs are easy to see at a glance to check charge status, and the plastic supports the controllers so they aren't completely supporting their weight on the charging dock. They keep your controllers off the shelf and allow you to charge at the same time, so they're a win in terms of clutter reduction. They can be a bit tough to dust though. Balance is good and there is no risk of them falling over. The power cable is slender and routed through the base so it doesn't sit all askew.
