Searching for a new seasoning to try, I came across this on Amazon. Being a fan of the show Swamp People I thought I would give it a try. Everyone always says you can find some of the best food in Louisiana. So we got the seasoning and tried it out in a few dishes. From Pot Roast to Pop Corn this stuff adds a nice little kick of flavor to your food. Not very salty which is a good thing, unlike some of the other seasonings you find on the market. Just the right amount of kick and a desired taste that has your taste buds craving for more. Shout out to Liz from Swamp People with saying. "Awesome Seasoning Liz! I truly love it!"

Some of the comments said it was low in salt. The main ingredient Is Salt.

Bought it for my sister and she loved it but you need to put a lot on.

This seasoning is very interesting in that it has so many of the right things in it to make it Cajun. I enjoyed it on my popcorn, which was a surprize to me. I would be honored to purchase it again when I run out. Thank you for being so prompt with my order and for putting this seasonings together. It beats any of the others that I have tried. Some were to spicy but your is a perfect blend.

I was told this was not spicy at all from a Cajun. :) Being spicy is a relative term. I can handle one tiny bite of jalapeno, while my husband breaks out in a sweat over the same tiny bite. Right out of the can, the smell is very pleasant. I liberally sprinkled this over raw shrimp with lemon juice and butter. Baked them in the oven to be used on a pizza; however, many of them kept jumping in our mouths before making it to their intended purpose. This delightful seasoning is the perfect blend of flavors that make your mouth craving more!

This is great seasoning I have used it on a lot of different things and it is good. Don't have that seasoning around here am glad that I bought two of them good stuff Liz. And if you don't have her cook book yet get it there's some dam good recipes in it.

Very, very good spice combo, with not as much salt as found in other Creole/Cajun/Bayou blends. Very fast delivery, and included is a little note about how Ninjas and product polishers prepared your order. Great for a good laugh! I would recommend this product and seller to everyone.
