Scratch my back
These really work. I have always had soft nails because i am a biter. Now everyone is like are those REAL. scratch my back! Hair also seems fuller.

Not a full month supply.
Thought this was a great deal when purchased but after receiving I realized you had to take 3 a day so it wasnt a full months supply. The amount of biotin was very low compared to others I have taken. May work for some people but it's not the vitamin for me.
