I bought this to help me sleep at night as the air has been really dry in our house. It uses mains power with the supplied USB cable, or rechargeable battery power. Fill it with water and turn it on. It will run silently for 8 hours before turning itself off automatically. I've found that a single charge, and one refill will last for a couple of nights.Mine sits on my bedside table, which gets quite damp by the morning so I've placed a small towel underneath. The unit is so elegant and compact that you could easily place it anywhere around the house or office.Does it help me get a better sleep? I think so.

I bought this to give my indoor plants a bit of extra humidity. They have definitely benefited from this while I've been using it. Unfortunately after about 8 months, it's stopped working. The display flashes when charging, but when I go to switch it on, nothing happens. I've tried change the filter but it's not made any difference. It's frustrating, because I was very pleased with the product initially. It charged quite quickly, was relatively quiet, and I liked its simple, minimal design.

to start off with it was working well after a few use's i noticed cracking on the water container.the battery life is now really bad, it used to work for hours, not the battery drops really fast and lasts about an hour.:(

Easy to set up and use, battery does not last as long as it says. I have the basic model I think, no remote control or timer. I turn it on about 10.30pm fully charged and the battery lasts just under 6 hours.

An excellent product, both easy to use and attractive for the home.

Theres no remote control. Its so tiny i dont understand how its 1000ml?
