This chair blew me away for the price it was at. After looking around for months this chair was probably the best looking and most comfortable out of others in the price range. There is a lot of adjustability which is what I wanted due to me being taller than average. The only drawback was its wheels. The chair comes with cheap plastic wheels like others that I've seen but I had ordered some rubber ones anyway so my floors wouldn't scratch up. Other than that the chair feels like it'll last me a very long time with great care.

I really wanted to love this chair as I work from home and needed a new office chair.At first I was like okay it’s a bit uncomfy but maybe I just need to get used to it. It’s caused my sciatica pain to be worse. THEN not even a week in the whole arm or the chair came off. The welded portion came off. I was not putting all of my weight on it but leaned into it for a min and boom broken. I have tried fixing it with epoxy and it’s not fixable. The top of the other arm came off so I had to figure out how to reattach that.Spend the money and get a better chair. Don’t cheap out like I did and now have to buy ANOTHER chair with zero refund from this one 🤦🏼‍♀️

.... Although most chairs these days are easy to put together without the need of the manual. The comfort is excellent too as well as the quality of the fabric. However, the only thing that's a nitpic of mine is that the headrest isnt easy to tighten its position as the screws kinda somehow feel stripped upon arrival

I love everything about this chair but its seat.The chair is really well designed and the back support, back adjustment / lean, and neck rest support are exceptional. This is probably the best chair I have ever used to lean back in.The only draw back to this chair is the seat. The front and the sides of the seat are very rigid and for a person with a large frame, the sides of the seat dig into your hips & bottom and the front edge digs into the bottom of your thighs just behind your knee caps.I contacted the supplier to check to see if they had any additional options for the seat and they did not.The only way that I could stand to sit in this seat was to sit on a pillow and this of course defeated the purpose of me buying a new chair in the first place.If they had a more comfortable seat option with padding, I would surely consider it.

I received the chair missing all of the assembly tools and some parts. I contacted their customer service and they promptly shipped everything I needed. The chair is also very comfortable as expected.

Love this chair, mesh headrest, back and "cushion" is a lot better and cooler (temp wise) then any other chair i have sat in.

I can't believe how bad quality this chair is. This is the worst!!! It broke at 3 months after arrival.This chair is very uncomfortable, now the back rest broke and I'm unable to get it lock in the upright position, it slides back down and it is impossible for me to use it. My back hurts all day, my legs too because there is a cushion trying to support the mesh and it hurts after sited for a while.I repent big time from doing this purchase.Stir away from this.

Nice chair for the price. The edges being hard plastic hurts my ankles when I tuck one leg under (odd position but...). I wish I could adjust the lumbar support’s height.
