Delicious! Love it! Put it in burgers, on bagels, crackers, toast !
I had bacon jam last May at Mt Vernon- George Washington 's home restaurant. I fell in love and was so excited to find this. It taste just like it. Put it on a burger and you will never want to eat a burger without it again. I actually buy my burgers from McDonald's or Farmer Boys, bring them, add bacon jam and then eat. The burgers taste so much better. If you love bacon you will love bacon jam.The taste is a sweet and smoky bacon flavor with a slight relish undertone. Very slight. You don't need a lot of the bacon jam to get a huge amount of flavor. One jar will last a long time.We put cream cheese on crostini and on crackers and topped with this bacon jam. What a delicious appetizer with wine and grapes tonite. We also put it on an egg sandwhiches. Butter both sides of a slice of bread. Cut out whole in middle. Cook one side in skillet until slightly golden brown flip. Spread bacon jam on brown side and crack egg into center where whole is. Cook until egg is done to your likeness. Perfect combination of bacon, egg and buttered toast.I have so many ideas on how I am going to use this bacon jam I could write a cookbook.If you have ever wanted bacon on garlic bread or bruschetta put this on it. I have given away jars as gifts. This is a pantry staple for me.I received a coupon to purchase a set of 3 of these at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. I do not know the seller. Very good, but bacon did not seem the dominant flavor
This reminded me very much of a vinegar, onion and bacon mixture often used in cooking a wilted spinach side dish. I had expected the bacon flavor to be stronger. It is very good, but not quite what we expected.

Flavor was great
I loved the flavor of the bacon jam, however the packaging left a lot to be desired. I ordered it twice and both times one of the three jars was broken. There was not enough protection around the jars.

Excellent product. We first tasted this at a stand in Love Park in Philly. Love at first bite. It is exactly what bacon jam should be... bacony, sweet, smoky, and a perfect texture. Will be ordering more soon.

Vinegar bacon, yuck
I enjoy bacon however, this takes the bacon out and overwhelms with vinegar. Not my thing.
