Joe Rocket Men's Eclipse Gloves (Black/Brown, XX-Large)

Very surprised at how little damage my hands sustained while wearing these gloves, as I was trying to stop myself from sliding and tumbling. I walked away with a cut on my left pinky finger, where the fabric part of the glove came in contact with the asphalt.(Original Review 3 out of 5): Solid entry level glove, if you're looking for something that's gonna get you started. Very thin, so don't bank on these offering much protection in a skid.

Good fit. Comfortable. Sizing chart is spot on, so unless you like a skin-tight fit, order a size larger. Like many have described, the wrist part is somewhat shorter (1.5 inches) than the photos show. The padded leather palms and fingers are soft. Can work a touch screen with them. They're good for hot weather.August 10, 2018 Update: Just returned from 7000 mile, 30 day trip across Canada. At one point, a grape-sized rock thrown from an oncoming truck struck me in on the left ring-finger knuckle. The truck and I were both travelling at 60mph for a combined approaching speed of 120mph. Man, I can tell you that the initial impact hurt felt like someone struck me with a hammer and I was scared to look at my hand, fearing massage damage. Except for bruising, my knuckle was fine. I rate this glove high for impact.I also ran through multiple rain squalls and outright downpours. The glove stained my hands black every time they got wet. Even after multiple times, the leaching of black dye did not diminish. Fortunately, the dye will wash off with some spirited scrubbing with a stiff brush.So, in summation, great knuckle impact protection. Lousy dye bleeding.

**UPDATE**I dropped a star because the new pair of gloves are not quiet the same as the first pair I ordered.I cannot get the gloves to work on my smartphone which worked fine with the same old pair. Maybe they changed manufacturers or something but they even dyed my hand black like other reviewers have posted. The first pair I ordered did not do this.Since it no longer works for touchscreen I consider this to be average at this price compared to similar gloves in this price range.I will not be ordering this again since it does not work for touchscreens anymore.****4/5I ordered this a second time after using the first pair for over a year.At this price, these are great gloves. They have minimal protection but in return you get a lot of air flow.I actually had an accident on the highway wearing these and they held up alright which was unexpected. But that may be because I was able to slow down a lot before the guy ran into me. I was only left with tear on the glove where my left hand made first contact with the ground.The padding on these feel good at first but they will become flat within 2 months of use if you ride nearly everyday like I do (California). I have provided pictures of both the old pair and the new pair of gloves for comparison.Would recommend if you are looking for cheap motorcycle gloves with great air flow.

I just received the gloves and I love them!The material is very nice, they don't feel cheap, which is already a plus for such a low price. I purchased them to replace an expensive pair of motorcycle summer gloves that was crumbling into pieces. I was attracted from the positive reviews, especially from a customer who had a chance to test them during a fall and got his hands saved by this gloves.Just a warning, as already stated by other customers these gloves are SMALL. The size chart suggested that I would fit between the medium and the large sizes, I bought an XL to be safe and they fit just right... I could safely have purchased a 2XL.

These gloves aren't too bad. I was looking for some to use while motorcycle riding.Pros:I like the rubber on the knuckles instead of the hard plastic on some.They do not get too hot when riding in the summer as air goes through them pretty easily.Good for riding in the cold down to about 50 degrees.Cons:They have no little tab to help you pull them on so you will be undoing the velcro every single time.They were really slippery for the first 15 times wearing them so that made it hard to use on the bike.They were a little bit smaller than I was hoping they were.

Sucha great 20$ joe rocket glove.. going on 2 years of use with about 5,000miles of riding.. they fit great breathe welll and are comfortable.. slightly padded palm helps with comfort on longer rides .. leather is pretty gooood.. good in hot weather but the coldest ive used them in was for 35degrees for about 20mins and my fingers would just be starting to get numb haha.. the knuckle protection is decent could be better if it was actual real hard knuckle but the thick rubber still helps.. FOR 20$ this is your best glove.. would buy again

Gloves are comfortable and I can use my smartphone w/o taking off the glove. I do like the extra rubber over the knuckles. Be careful when first riding with them as they are slick when you have a chrome/rubber hand grips. Issue went away after several rides and the texture was "scuffed." I do wish they come up higher on the wrist as they are low-cut. If you thinking about needing a large, order XL b/c they are tight on my hands.

I have used Zeus biking gloves which got torn out within a year after regular use of 5 day a week commute to office which is 15 kms from my house. Also Inhad used Alpinestars but they also got worn out in a year. These are one of the best biking gloves available in India. I have been using them for past 1 year. One recommendation would be that take a size bigger than your usual size. The gloves very easy to wear and comfortable and also the ergonomics are too good.

Los guantes ya llevan como medio año de uso son muy ergonómicos, suaves, por supuesto no causan fatiga he montado con ellos por cuatro y media horas sin ninguna molestia. Si hace un poco de frió unos 15, 13 grados son cálidos mantienen el calor, claro en días calurosos presentan buena transpiración nunca me han sudado las manos con ellos. En cuanto a la hechura bueno no hay mucho que decir corresponde a la marca, impecable. Solo un inconveniente si se ocupas en la lluvia dejaran las manos muy pintadas de un color azul marino y no se quita fácil. No lo probé pero quizás con una lavada antes de usar podría solucionarse.

EL material es de muy buena calidad, piel y textil con protecciones de goma suave. OJO! Las protecciones no son rígidas, son de goma suave, pero para conducción en ciudad super útiles y súper cómodos. Son cortos o al menos la talla mediana me quedo perfecta, aunque los velcros me llegan justo a la muñeca, lo cual no me molesta, al contrario los siento más cómodos que guantes más largos. Muy satisfecho con ellos. Ya me toco usarlos en lluvia extrema y no se deformaron o decoloraron (las fotos son posteriores al uso bajo lluvia, ya secos), en clima cálido tienen muy buena respiración, las manos no sudan.

Es un guante bastante cómodo, extremadamente ligero y ventilado. Desafortunadamente en cuestión de resistencia deja mucho que desear, la suela en la palma debería ser un poco mas gruesa de lo que es, hace unos meses tuve un pequeño accidente yendo a baja velocidad, derrape un poco y casi de inmediato la palma se rompio. La “protección” en los nudillos es solo un pedazo de goma que dudo brinde mucha protección durante un impacto. El touch esta muy lejos de ser bueno, yo diría que es decente.Mi sugerencia seria que por unos cuantos pesos mas eligieran mejor el modelo Café racer de la misma marca.

The finish is great and quality made. The fit is not that great if you have Indian size hands lol. But I'm 5'10 and the large fits well just a bit off on the thumbs. All in all a great pair of gloves!

Estos guantes tiene un muy buen diseño, por su composición que es tela en la parte superior y pie en la parte baja son muy prácticos ya que la mano se ventila muy bien y se tiene un buen agarre, las protecciones no son rígidas solo es una goma suave la cual es cómoda y muy flexible no se siente en los nudillos.Las costuras se ven firmes y los detalles de acabos muy buenos, las sección para usar pantalla touchscreen me a funcionado muy bien pero esto depende mas del dispositivo ya que probé con otro teléfono diferente al personal y la respuesta fue mala .Son un buena elección resta ver la durabilidad a largo plazo

valoracion general 3 estrellascalidad-precio 4 estrellascómodos 4 estrellasse ven de buena calidad para el precio.. la piel es delgada así que no espero me proteja mucho a más de 60km/h, yo diría que para ciudad están bien por el precio. tienen un problema que es muy molesto que es que destiñe o suelta pintura negra, por lo tanto tus manos se pintan un poco de negro en el área de los dedos con el sudor y no es fácil de quitar, debes lavar bien tus manos 3 veces mínimo..

Fits nicely (1 size bigger).The material and leather is good enough.This will not save you high speed crash but for every day uses , this is very nice product.Only complain is touch screen with gloved is not good. You got to adjust this trick how to work it out.I wish this should come withing 1500, instead of more than 2700.

Compré la talla "XL" porque leí que vienen reducidos y efectivamente. Me parece que es el equivalente al "L". Tienen buena pinta y son muy muy cómodos. Le doy 4 de calificación porque para la cuarta vez que los usé, se salieron las costuras de uno de los dedos. Nada grave, pero para el poco uso, esperaría más durabilidad. En fin, estoy contento con mi compra.

Bueno... al menos el par de guantes que recibí, el dedo índice que se supone debe ser touch, no lo es, pero... por el contrario el resto de los dedos de ambas manos son touch, incluso la Palma.Otro punto que no me agradó, es que las costuras esta mal hechas, en la foto que subo, podrán ver que algunos dedos como el índice izquierdo quedan torcidos, adicional, es verdad que las tallas vienen reducidas, yo compre talla L, siendo que uso M, tomen precauciones.De ahí en fuera, el precio está accesible y el producto final cumple con el objetivo de un agarre bueno y una protección, aún así, recomiendo ahorrar un poco más y comprar algo mejor.Saludos.

Los guantes se ven de buena hechura, resistentes y durables. No los he sentido tan cómodos, pero son las primeras puestas, espero mejore con el uso.En cuanto a la medida, me quedan justos, lo cual los hace cómodos para agarrar otras cosas, ya que los anteriores de la misma medida sentía que me quedaban un poco sobrados de los dedos.

Beaux gants. Ils ne sont malheureusement pas du tout imperméable. Quand ils sont mouillés par la pluie en moto, notre peau devient litteralement noir sur les sections de cuir. Vraiment décevant à ce niveau! Sinon ils sont relativement bien. Ils ne sont pas fait pour les températures froide c'est préférable pour les températures fraîches mais pas froide.

Los compré para mi esposo, le encantaron aún que es cierto que vienen muy reducidos afortunadamente tiene la mano pequeña, los compramos medianos y le quedaron muy justos, excelente calidad

Son muy cómodos y ligeros, no Sudán mucho las manos en clima cálido, en la noche cumplen bien su función ya que no se enfrían mucho las manos, se amolda bastante bien, no son impermeables. En mi caso compre grandes pero me quedan un poco grandes porque leí varios comentarios que venían reducidos lo cual en mi caso no fue así, recomiendo comprar tu talla habitual.
