The best and only option for white strips!!
As much as I’d like to opt for all natural hippie dippie products these are tried and true. They work, no gimmicks.Teeth looked whiter after three days and I had zero sensitivity. Stayed on even with water in my mouth, and didn’t taste sour like some other options

Works well but likely not for sensitive teeth
Works well the key is to stay consistent and also to use prior to brushing. I’m pleased with the results thus far.

Works Good
This was my first time using whitening strips. I had always wanted to try but didn’t want to waste my money. My son actually uses whitening strips, but the level 24 ones and his teeth were noticeably super white. So I thought I’d start slow to see how I felt about them.I did notice after 3-4 consecutive uses a difference in the color of my teeth. They weren’t so white they looked fake, but white enough for others to notice a change. They did cause a bit or gum sensitivity on my top gums, but that didn’t last long or was unbearable. I definitely recommend these if you’re wanting to start slow in the whitening process or your teeth don’t have much discoloration.

Surprisingly effective!
I have been having problems with my teeth staining for quite a while, because I like coffee and red wine. I've tried various whitening toothpaste products with little to show for it. I was skeptical, but I thought I should try the Crest 3D Whitestrips before spending a lot of money to have a dentist bleach my teeth. I was surprised. These strips are pretty easy to use. They stick really well and are easy to apply. You need to leave them on for an hour to get the best effect, but within a couple of days I could tell there was a real difference and after using them for 5 days my teeth really looked white again! I am really happy with the result. They are not the sparkling pure white that all the actors get with veneers, but to me that looks a little fake. I am really happy that my teeth look white and not yellow anymore. The taste is not great, but not horrible. And I did have a little minor sensitivity in my teeth for a while after using the strips, but to me it was definitely worth it.

Effective
Even whitens the stains on my teeth near the gums from receding gums and age. At 74 I found very dark brown stains on my teeth at the gum line and halfway down my side teeth. This is the only product that lightens these stains. After a number of uses the stains are not evident when I smile broadly. What a relief.

Crest is the best!
I always get asked what I use to get whiter teeth and I swear by these whitening strips. These and crest whitening tooth paste is the best way to go.

Goal: Photographer Ready Smile in 48 Hours
Okay here's the deal - I had a photo shoot in two days and forgot to schedule in a dental whitening appointment. So here I am with $150 worth of teeth whitening products and a prayer.First let me say:A) I've never used any teeth whitening products beforeB) I've never noticed sensitivity in my teeth beforeSo I went to two stores and grabbed everything that reviewers before said I might need. Products that I used: Crest 3D White 1-Hour Express, 1 Crest 5-Minute Touch Up Kit, 1 Listerine Healthy White Mouthrinse, 1 Bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide, 1 Sensodyne Fresh Mint, and a pack of flossersNote, I got the 5-Min TouchUp for the day of photoshoot and the non-whitening Sensodyne because I just wanted it for the potential pain. Before I even started the strips I popped two Advils for potential pain because I'm a wuss. There are two strips in each treatment packet. A smaller strip for your lower teeth and a longer strip for your upper teeth. Neither strip is long enough to reach ALL of the teeth on either set which I found weird. I guess my teeth in the front will be white and who cares about the rest is the thinking? Anyway, carefully put the strips on and try to avoid touching your gumline, even the portions that just dip into the crevices of your teeth. As soon as the strips on you feel them working. For me personally, I'd compare it to the tingling sensation I got from mouth wash gargling. As soon as each layer was on I used my fingernail to push the strips tightly into the crevices between my teeth in order to get even distribution of the whitening effect and then I sat back and waited for an hour as it did its thing. I didn't notice any pain in my teeth or gums immediately but it felt weird because I wasn't quite sure where to place my tongue - I didn't want it to get burned or singed after all so I spent the hour with a rapidly drying throat and open mouth.1st Treatment: No pain, no sensitivity issues, no noticeable difference in teeth color2nd Treatment: I was braver, so I brushed my teeth 5 minutes before and gargled/flossed right after. I noticed that my teeth seemed a good deal brighter this time before starting (maybe lighting) however I also noticed a concentration of stains closer to my molars so I worked to get the strips near those this time.3rd Treatment: Started to notice a little bit of sensitivity. Only along one or two teeth and near the gumline. Nothing major.4th Treatment: I accidentally licked the lower strip while repositioning, other than tingling no sensitivity issues.OVERALL REVIEW: It worked. My teeth are at least 2-3 shades brighter. I think long-term I could make them the perfect shade of white. I will note that I wouldn't use the Crest 5-Minute Touch Up as anything more than just a small patch - the strips are much smaller and more flimsy and of course the impact is less.Regimen: 4 treatments = one set of strips every 12 hours. Post-treatment I waited one hour and then lightly brushed with Sensodyne and Listerine. In mornings I gargled with Hydrogen Peroxide.P.S. - I don't know why reviewers of this product are leaving it on for 1.5-2 hours. It clearly says 1 hour on the box.P.S.S. - These are super cheap on Amazon. $21?! I paid $54 at the place that rhymes with BandAid.
