Love this spice and it’s not hot but has a nice sweet flavour to it, good for many recipes and not just asian

I like the flavour of this chilli, slightly fruit undertones, and HOT! Great combo with the red Korean chilli paste in the Korean Fried Chicken and the Army Stew etc

As described, made kimchi with it and taste lovely , I expected the package be a little bigger but in general I’m happy with my purchase 👍

Great addition to meals

We first bought it specifically for making kimchi, but now it’s become a staple we sprinkle into just about every savory dish we prepare. It truly complements nearly any savory dish. While it’s pricier than standard chili flakes, it’s undoubtedly the highest quality and has become an essential ingredient in our kitchen. It would also be great to know if it’s gluten-free, as that would be helpful for those with dietary restrictions. We can’t imagine being without it now!
