They do their job, but they have a very strong and unpleasant sulphuric kind of smell that can repeat on you after ingestion. I've been keeping the bottle in the shed so the pills don't pong out a room indoors. I don't think I'll be buying again.

Didn't even have to open the packet and could smell these, the smell is awful and repeats on you.I do remember reading that the worst the taste the better it is for you so guessing that's why they taste and smell so bad.Been taking for over a week and I do feel more energy, I'm honestly not sure if I'd order these again as the smell is so off putting, I only got these because they dropped down in sale for £2.99 so ordered 2 packs.

Hi in response to some stating that they smell bad of sulfate that's actually the selenium which does have a smell of rotting eggs boiled cabbage or sulphur.Thats good because you know it does contain what says on the packaging it contains 100% selenium which boosts the immune system good for hair nails and if boosts energy levels...

They seem to be normal vitamins, haven’t been using long so can’t see any visible changes but the smell is actually awful, more so that other vitamins I’ve tried they probably work fine but I doubt I’ll buy again.

I purchase these regularly as me and my Son take them every day. They are good quality and contain a long list of vitamins & minerals etc. They also fit through the letterbox which is a bonus when you are out at work.

The capsules smell really bad and leave and bad taste in your mouth for a while.
