My wife and i selected this shower because of its unique exposed look and because it was hundreds cheaper than other brands.After unboxing it we noticed the shower head had a small chip on it. We contacted the seller and after sending a picture and the order number we had a new fixture head within a couple of days.It took me a couple weeks get to the point of installing the shower unit because i did a complete bathroom remodel and order this ahead of time so that i would have everything on hand.To install a made a plywood template that was the same thickness as my backer board and the wall tile i selected. This allowed me to lone up the plumbing and not have to worry about the shower not being center because the npt adapters weren't lined up right.After i installed the rough plumbing i realized that i needed an extension bar to raise the shower head to the appropriate height. I again reached out to the seller and they quickly shipled it at no charge or cost.I then uninstalled everything and tiled the shower walls. One the grout was dried i then began installing the finished shower only to realize the the eschucheons were about a quarter inch shorter than what i needed. Reaching out a 3rd time, i was afraid that the seller would say that i was past my return point. However this was not the case and they sent me longer eschucheons that fit perfectly.All though this shower is "designed/designated" as an outdoor shower it works and looks great indoors.Do'sDo make a template if you plan on self installing (so much easier)Do ensure that you have your final shower height selected before you drill in the tile for the shower rise mount. I learned this the hard way which is why i ended up contacting the seller about the longer eschucheons, otherwise i would have had more holes in my shower wall than i planned.Do contact the seller with questions or for support, they are quick to respond and helpful.Don'tDon't worry about the quality it is a well made product and i believe that the seller firmly stands behind it.-Steve

Great Product and very versatile and easy to maintain!

The shower all in all is very nice. We had a couple issues with the installation, but the issues were minor. However, still annoying lol. It is all great quality, although I will say that the handheld holder is VERY problematic. It is extremely hard to take the handheld out and to put it back in, and requires a lot of force. I'm hopeful that it breaks in and gets easier over time. I personally am not strong enough to put it back in the holder, but my husband is.The metal is coated in a black paint (if you got matte black), and while the paint isn't easily chipped, we did scrape some off around the part that screws into the actual plumbing with the wrench. So do be mindful of that. The shower set also may not be tall enough for you unless you're under 5.5' tall. It does extend, but in my experience, not enough. We had to buy the extension rod, although the seller was super awesome about this and offered to refund us the cost of the extension rod! We declined, as it was our error to begin with by not paying more attention to the measurements. Everything is water tight, sturdy, and works amazingly! It looks VERY nice as well! Worth the money, in my opinion.

Great finish and quality. The flow and pressure coming out of this thing is phenomenal! I’m surprised California hasn’t banned its sale in the state over the GPM. Easy to install. If you’re doing an outdoor shower and want to simplify things get the 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch elbows that mount to the wall and installation will be a piece of cake. My only long term worry is my water bill.

Bought two of these shower set ups for an outdoor shower. Great quality, nice appearance, sleek design, well constructed. Customer service was five star, they called to ensure I was happy and satisfied. Very pleasant and professional.

The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased this in 2001. Then in 2002. Then again in 2003. I thought it was my error, as I liked the style and utility of the shower system. Each year I turned off the water before the winter season and after the first burst (i.e. water coming through the faucet areas) I wrapped the faucets, and replaced it, installed it, replaced it, installed it again and again.This year, determined to protect the hardware, I stopped the water early, drained the faucets (as best as i was able, perhaps I need to physically blow it out?) and wrapped it again.Today, the sun came out and I unwrapped everything after a light cold period this winter (we never had a deep freeze as in years past) and the water is pouring out of the faucet areas. THE SEAMS ARE POOR QUALITY. DO NOT USE OUTDOORS. Perhaps it is ok for indoor use, but the fact that this has failed me 3X is concerning and I will not be buying it a 4th time.

We chose this shower fixture because it matches with the design of our remodel. It looks great and performs better than expected. The height is adjustable for the shower head and the on/off, temperature control are very easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Shower is a bit flimsy out of the box but with proper install it’s fine. Unfortunately after one frost it now leaks, we’re in Charleston SC so rarely drops below freezing here but despite me shutting off the water to the shower and draining all the water out and leaving the valve open the shower now leaks after the first frost. Tried contacting support and no reply now after 2 weeks.UPDATE: Company did reach out and sent a replacement valve. The valve had burst from any residual water in there even though we drained the water really well.We’re in Charleston SC so it rarely drops below freezing in winter but next winter I may remove the plastic valve to winterize.We do like the shower, the flow is great and it looks awesome.
