Leave it on longer for best results
This is my second time using this toner and it really is the best. The first time, I researched how to properly apply toner and everything I found seemed to say that you have to work fast and not leave it on for too long, a bit of a challenge for me since I have so much hair, but I did as advised. It did a very good job of removing all brassiness from my DIY bleach job, but afterward, the tone was lighter than I expected. This second time around, after bleaching the new growth, I approached this toner as if it were haircolor and took my time working it through my hair, then left it on for about 40 minutes; also, I used the 20 volume developer I had on hand instead of trying to get the same brand as the toner. The results were even better; brassiness eliminated and I'm left with a shade that truly is a medium beige blonde. Every hair reacts differently to toners and dyes, but for me it worked out well to do it my way and leave it on longer than the recommended time.

Not a good experience
I gave this 1 star because the color was nice but that was all. I have used many different toners on my bleached hair and have never experienced breakage and fried hair. This was applied 2 weeks after my last root touch up. My head is a mess. I have a short pixi so not much I can do to it to hide the frizz. My hairdresser wonders if that bottle was bad. If it was how would I know?? How would she?? I do not abuse my hair. I don’t flat iron or own a curing iron. Yes my hair dresser bleaches it but she is a trained well experienced stylist. So disappointed!! Was really excited about the color.

Perfect blonde tone
I am so glad I took a chance on this toner. I used to use Wella T18 but I felt like the T18 would only last for literally one shampoo before it looked a little brassy again. This toner is amazing, lasts longer and the color is exactly what I want. I have received multiple compliments on my color from strangers all saying basically the same thing- that my hair is the perfect ideal blonde shade.

It got rid of my brass and orange undertone!! :D
I mixed 2-4 capsules of this additive into my toner and developer and my golly, it got rid of the brass!! I have to tone my hair every 2-3 weeks but that's just how high maintenance my natural black hair is.

Perfectly platinum!
I've tried a few different toners without the result that I wanted.This one did the trick! Highly recommend.I used with a 20 developer for about 10 minutes. Took all of my brassiness away!I'll definitely be purchasing again!

Quality hair product
