Arrives and works as advertised.As other reviewers have noted, it is probably a good idea to go one size smaller than what the chart says. I measured at 13 inches, and bought a medium, and it feels perfect right now after about a week of use. The first 2 days of use may feel tight around where the rubber band is, even to the point where it feels like it's cutting off circulation. But by the third day it will feel just fine, probably through a combination of mentally getting used to it and the band itself loosening up a bit.The benefits to circulation and swelling are fairly subtle. It did not solve my strained bicep, but it does SEEM to be healing slightly faster than usual. But it's hard to attribute that to this sleeve as I am also using ice and anti-inflammatories. Regardless of whether the benefits are physiological or due to a placebo effect, it does seem to help so I will continue to use it.

Nice snug fit. I measured my bicep (11") and purchased a small. I wear them all day - exercising, yard work, house work, etc. to prevent excess lymph fluid pooling. These sleeves work really well. They stay in position and don't slide down. I will purchase a second pair.Update: I can't use these anymore. They worked well for one week after which I had a little more lymph fluid accumulation and the rubber on the inside of the sleeve at the top caused blistering of my skin. Bottom line, if you need something for lymphedema prevention, you need a seamless sleeve, one designed for it. Avoid the ones for athletic applications.

i suffer from torn ligaments from a bad rotator cuff in one arm and a broken ball joint in the other, when they are overused they HURT. i find these sleeves to be of great help both when overusing my arms or if i've just slept wrong. they are tight and stay up very well and if need be i can wear them 24/7. i ordered the size small as i weigh about 130 and they fit perfectly and are comfortable enough to wear every day. and they stay where they are put.

Very impressed with the comfort of these sleeves. I have to wear them all day since I have lymphedema, and they do really well. Will purchase more in the future when I need them. Sure beats paying hundreds of dollars for the custom ones that have to be ordered from Europe. Thanks and keep up the great work

I am totally different ...I am a little old lady who still works doing a LOT of computer work and my arm started aching, higher than a simple wrist support. Decided to try this. Well at 5 feet tall with short arms it was WAY TOO long. I only needed one since only one arm ached and it is a good thing because my first idea was to cut off some of the bottom...but then it wasn't "tight" across the forearm where I needed the support. I didn't think cutting down from the top would work BUT I found folding down from the top worked perfectly and I have been using it while working (about 8 hours a day) and have been delighted.

They are exactly what I was looking for. Can't beat that lifetime warranty though. I wish they didn't have any symbols on them or if they could be transparent so they can color combo with anything for swag purposes only. Haven't washed and dried them yet so I couldn't tell you if they will survive the wash.... I personally got them over the slightly cheaper ones because there's two of them and the warranty. Oh yeah, I'm 6' tall, my bicep measures 14", and they are the perfect compression. They are a little on the longer side, but not by much, which is good for people with long ass arms. Honestly, stop searching and just get them now.

I really love these sleeves. The compression definitely helps if you exercise and possibly have sore arms. I use them when I play Golf and exercising to protect my upper arm. My only complaint is that they don't come in White. Highly recommend

I had pain and soreness in my right arm for several months. I used the compression sleeve to provide some support to my arm. Initially I wore the sleeve all day. As my arm improved I only used the sleeve when I did exercise or yard work that might strain my arm. The compression sleeve works wonders. I have been able to keep active and my arm has improved. I have purchased two sets of sleeves and I am very satisfied. The first set of sleeves I purchased have several months of use and are still working great. I play a lot of pickleball which requires a lot of quick arm movements. The sleeve supports my arm, but it does not limit my arm movements.
