Whenever you feel like you're starting to get sick the symbicol elderberry syrup is the best one to take on the market it seems like because of the amount of elderberry that they have in it. In this particular bottle they added zinc and vitamin c and what's even better is that they did not short the actual elderberry amount. The taste is sweet which is awesome even my six year old loves to take it when he's starting to get sick and it really helps his immune system I mean really. I swear my kid used to always get sick all the time and the stuff has helped so much.

Super food!
A reorder: Good stuff, great medicine. They say to take it daily, I believe, but I only take if I am concerned about a bug or something. Supposedly some people on certain medication might not be able to take it though. Not sure. And it seems to last a long time in the cabinet.

I keep this on hand if I feel sick coming on. Very sweet / strong taste. No medicine taste. And seems to do the trick for me.

Broken measuring cup
Kinda annoyed about the measuring cup, had to find a replacement. Which, isn't exact so that kinda sucks.

Tastes great!
I really like this syrup. It's Kosher and super tasty. I do not know the effects of it but it was recommended to me by a friend who stresses that taking this is good for when I need Vitamin C and Zinc.

Knocked cold/flu like symptoms out in three days...
Outstanding immune boosting syrup. I used it last winter, so I ordered it early in preparation for the coming flu/cold season.Last winter, I felt a cold coming on. I had mild symptoms that lead me to believe I was coming down with something more serious than a cold. I had mild joint aches, coughing, sneezing and low grade fever. I started taking Sambucol as soon as I got home. Three days later all symptoms were gone. The cold/flu never progressed. I was sold!If I could change anything or make a suggestion about it, i would like/make it less sweet.I highly recommend Sambucol and will buy it again.
