After checking out multiple other Steam Straighteners. I decided to choose this one. I was immediately impressed! I have a natural hair style and I wanted to try something that wouldn't mess up my hair like regular flat irons.I was Extremely Impressed from the Very First section of my hair! I Love how Straight my hair was and it wasn't frizzy afterwards! (which my hair frizzes really easily).I never, Ever do reviews (this is actually my first Video review). But I was SO impressed that I wanted to do one for anyone who might have been hesitant about purchasing this iron who had the same hair texture as myself.

I bought this in lieu of the maxiglide. Unfortunately it wasn't any better than your basic flat iron. The comb feature is removable and moves out of place easily. Disappointing, therefore I will be returning it. If you're looking a for a basic flat iron it does work well.

This product had already been used when I unpacked it (water droplets in the water cylinder) and then trying to get the water in the cylinder is too fiddly. As a result I returned the product.

This worked really well for me! I’m a mixed woman, and have extremely curly/kinky hair. My only complaint would be the water reservoir is a little small, but works fine to straighten my hair

It makes my hair shiny and easy to straighten but after a while it seemed to not work as good. It seems to get buildup very easily on it. I would rather it ceramic.
