Wasabi PowerBattery Chamber Cover for Nikon BL-5, MB-D12, Nikon EN-EL18, EN-EL18a, EN-EL18b, EN-EL18c

Purchased two of these battery chamber covers. Attach to Wasabi EN-EL18 batteries just fine. Manufacturing tolerance however means, one fits and functions just right. While the other is pretty snug and there is some efforted expended to get it and the battery out of the battery grip on my D850. Otherwise, for the money, they're good to go. 4.5 stars would be a better rating.

If you have a Wasabi grip then this is perfect but I'd you go through the hassle of buying a $300+ legit Nikon grip, just spend the extra $50 and get the OEM BT-5. This doesn't fit 100% flush with the Nikon grip so I'll keep it as a back up.

So far it is working fine, it seems sturdy enough to handle the battery, I will report back on longevity! If it last, with care for more than 2 years, it's a darn good value

I have used a cheapo battery (Wasabi) and battery grip to increase the FPS of the D850 from 7FPS to 9FPS. This Battery Chamber Cover is required for the process. MUCH less expensive than buying the Nikon version, but it works GREAT.
