Easy to use and lots of fun
My 7-year-old loved this. She says: "It's very easy to use. It's a bright neon color and I want to wear it everywhere I go. I wore a stripe in the front of my hair. You rub it on and wait for it to dry for about 5-10 minutes. I love it."
