Great for Tai Chi practice. Like the feel and texture, just rough enough. Feels good in the hands.

It is ok, a little thin, in my opinion. Inflates easily if you don't receive a defective one.The Gymnic Aku ball is similar but much thicker. However, it is considerably more expensive. If you are getting started, this is a reasonably priced option to start with and later upgrade to something that is better quality.

Quality is good, but ST-06117 is only 7", not 10" as stated in the description.

It seems to be sturdy enough. I use it for therapy for when I do my wall exercises for balance when I do the wall squats. :)

This is a good, sturdy inflatable ball suitable for squeezes, etc

Works just fine. I'm heavier and it still holds me without feeling like it will pop. Worth the price paid.

This ball could be sturdier

It ended up to be a 10inch ball and I just wanted a 5 inch ball. It's for chair yoga I'm doing in a retirement home. I'm unable to find the size I need. I've been to sport stores, yoga studio and I've contacted physio therapy with no luck. Can you help me?

Left red bits of plastic on my body and carpet. Otherwise useful exercise prop.
