Delicious! Now I can enjoy pasta and watch my blood sugar :)
I'm gluten sensitive and need to watch my blood sugar, but I love pasta! I've searched for different alternatives, and this is my favorite. Because this noodle is made from soy, it's very high protein, very high fiber, and low carb. One serving is more than 20g protein. Don't be surprised if you end up eating less than your usual serving. These cook up quickly after 4 minutes in boiling water with a dash of salt. Nice and al dente. Because of the green color, I like to toss this with some garlic sauteed kale, a bit of butter and maybe a bit of lemon pepper. I keep a few boxes around at all times. So good! Enjoy :)

So addictive and healthy!!
I rarely write reviews, but I love this product so much! It's a healthy substrate for any flavor you want to add. Craving noodles? The fact that you get 20g of plant protein from this and hardly any carbs is amazing. It's also a very quick prep option for when you don't have time to prep a big meal. Easy quick "pasta" recipe: Boil the noodles "al dente" and drain Toss 1 tablespoon of butter and chopped garlic and sautee. Add the noodles back. Add: salt, nutritional yeast, crushed red pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and combine with the garlic butter. Serve over your favorite pasta sauce (I love Rao's Arrabiata) and top with parmesan cheese. Delicious!! Fills you up, gives you energy. Another favorite is an Asian style noodle: Sautee ginger, garlic and chiles. Steam broccoli and bok choy. Combine or stir fry with the noodles. Generously season with: soy sauce, lime juice, mirin. top with peanuts and mung bean sprouts. YUMMMMM Sometimes I add tofu or edamame beans to this for extra protein and texture!! Love you Seapoint Farms!! Thank you for providing such a healthy and convenient staple. You make the world a better place.

It’s a replacement. It’s a little rubbery & add olive oil.
I used this with a good east coast arrabiata sauce. The reason I did was, this tastes exactly like what it’s made out of. It was my first time cooking it, and it was kind of rubbery and you had to bite the pasta rather than how normal posts will break fairly easy. It’s smooth on most of the sides but one side has a jagged edge. You won’t fool anyone but if you have a robust red sauce, it will blend in more. I found that the leftovers tasted better. It absorbed some sauce. Overall, it’s pretty guilt free. We used 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce with 1/2 box of the pasta. If you have a family of 4, I’d mix a small handful of regular angel hair pasta when the edamame pasta is scheduled to be finished, then cook both until the angel hair is ready. You need to overcook the edamame plus it really clumps together.

Wow, this pasta is good tasting and good for you!
I'm on a low-carb diet, so pasta isn't something I can really eat much of. I saw this pasta., and being I do like to snack on dry roasted edamame from Seapoint, I thought I'd give their spaghetti a try. It's quicker to prepare than regular pasta, only about 3-4 minutes in boiling water and it's ready. It doesn't have a funny taste, wasn't mushy (was around al dente), and goes well with different sauces, even just some butter. I also like the high fiber and protein per serving, as those help keep you filled up, so one serving is enough. So, if you miss having pasta, like I do at times, and some sort of low-carb diet like I am, you should try these out!

Ehh
I like how much protein it has, but it tastes pretty bad. The texture of the noodles are really brittle and soggy. Easy way to get protein in ur diet, but you're gonna have to fight thru the taste

Terrific source of protein, and all natural!
I know these sound gross, but they’re tasty, and an AMAZING way to get a ton of protein and still eat pasta! Add a little Parmesan and chicken-I spray a little olive oil on, and you’ve got a healthy, protein-laden meal!

The pasta was broken into small pieces.
Disappointing 1/2 thepasta in the box was broken into small pieces - probably because of shipping - I’ve had this before and product tastes good but seriously - it’s not cheap and to get 1 inch pieces is disappointing! Given it’s about 5.00 for 7 oz or 11 + per pound
