Half a mug before bedtime and the other half upon waking seems to reduce or even prevent dry-eye on mornings when it's most likely to occur. That's why I'm rating it 5 stars.

Came on time and as described. Seems to boost vision a bit especially when you're not getting enough sleep

Likes the tea but if you squeeze bag like you are supposed to, to get all the health benefits from it, the bag busts and innards are then in your cup of tea.

I use this every morning with other teas so I can't say how it tastes on its own. I put a few drops of stevia and it's very tasty. Most importantly I really do think it's made a positive difference in my eyes. I will always use this tea for those health benefits!
