Best sauce. Delivered securdly and no spills. Good value versus buying in store and the flavor always packs heat and taste.

This sauce is hot, yes, but the point is not pure burn (although one is free to drink straight out of the bottle if pure burn is desired), its taste is fruity, citrussy, and well- balanced with onion and vinegar etc. This is the organic version, and we tasted no difference compared to the non- organic one. A favorite. The dispensing tip is no mess, and allows for perfect amount to be added to food.

Far from the hottest sauce around, Yellowbird manages to be the most-used sauce in my house! It has managed to become a staple in things like deviled eggs and meatloaf to just about anything in need of a touch of tangy life! I consider El Yucateco XXX to be my hands-down favorite, because of its’ perfect blend of flavor and heat but Yellowbird is the one that I end up having to order in quantity because of the amount we use! Yellowbird is also the most likely to be taken home when we have company from out of state, so the 2-bottle pack is a must for us. All Yellowbird products are exceptionally flavorful and, as long as you’re not chasing face-melting sauces, you can’t lose by ordering several bottles for your refrigerator. Just keep an eye on it when you have company over because they’re likely to steal it!

So I bought this as part of switching to more organic food for fertility purposes. Peppers are apparently high in pesticides compared to other vegetables.. but I love my spice! It's pretty hard to find a spicy organic sauce and this is not the spiciest. It's got a sweet tangy flavor and I put it on my burrito bowls. My spice loving brother tried this and said "how the heck is this sugar free?" but liked the taste other than that (they put lots of dates and other sweet things in there.) It does not taste like carrots and the total heat feels more like buffalo sauce level. But recommend it if you're looking for an organic hot sauce.

This is great when Amazon can get it to you in one piece. The flavor is hot, sweet, and tangy. I like to put it on Taco Bell Tacos. I do not appreciate how Amazon ships the package. It can arrive twisted and leak. You have to beg customer service via chat for a return as you can not return it via the app. You don't have a lot of good choices for this kind of sauce to it is worth the cost but is still very expensive.

Wow. This is 1 of the best hot sauces I have come across. I love heat and unfortunately, the real hot sauces taste horrible. Well, this hot not only gives a nice burst of heat but it tastes great as well. Be careful though. I learned you can buy 3 bottles of this straight from the company for the price of 2 on amazon with free shipping to boot.

We love hot sauces and are always trying new ones. This one is definitely hot for someone who isn't used to spicy foods but it has such a great mix of spicy and sweet flavor to it. We use it on so much now and the fact that it's clean is even better. I would be very lost if they stopped making this!

This is not the fully organic version even though it claims to be. It's also way overpriced for the 9.8 oz size.
