I've been taking this supplement for about two weeks now and have noticed an overall improvement in how and I move and how my joints, predominantly my hips, feel. Very pleased with the result!Now, I know some of you are wondering about the dreaded "fish burps" and whether this product will cause them. I will be honest and say I've had a few very mild instances of fish burps, but mostly due to not consuming enough liquid when taking the capsules. I was told to refrigerate them to cut down on the burps, and I'm pretty sure that's been an important factor in only having a few mild instances. When I take the capsules with a fair amount of liquid, 4-6 oz. in most cases, I have no problems. I just need to make sure to drink lots when taking them, and no problem. I've also found that taking them prior to a meal works exceptionally well as all the extra swallowing and such ensures the capsules go down all the way.

Thank goodness a fish oil that doesn’t give you a smelly breath, fishy burps and headaches. So many other brands give me headaches. This one doesn’t. In fact at one point I thought I was just allergic to fish oils. Turns out, I hadn’t found the right brand. Yes, it more costly, but I’m okay with that to not have the side effects but still get these essential nutrients. My partner now takes them and happy to kiss him with no fish smell. Win win!

I have ordered several bottles of this fish oil and have never had a problem. My last order came in with fish oil completely covering all of the pills inside. As soon as you open the bottle you get a strong odor of fish and the pills were all stuck together. I contacted Amazon and they advised they would refund my money after I boxed and shipped the bottle of pills back to them. Not worth all of the hassle. For almost a dollar a pill for fish oil tablets I would expect much better quality than this !!

The capsules are old or have been ex[posed to heat or something. They were all bobbled up on the outside and tasted bad. I have bought this before elsewhere and it was fine. I even returned it and ordered another one, same problem.
