Works well. I like the product , wish it came in bigger bottles. These small ones go fast.

Taste is pretty good considering the mixes that are in here. My diet isn't the best and these nutrients are helping to keep me healthy when I go out and about. I use them to ward anything off and double up if I'mfeeling something starting. ✌️
