While no figure is perfect, this is a superior Smokescreen to add to the collection. He's still the charming charlatan of old, with accurate G1 colors (short of his weapons), fantastic articulation and better feet than the Siege line his brothers had that looked like high heels.If there's a complaint to be had, it's the open space on the side of his feet that stand out slightly noticeably; I'm sure a third party kit will be engineered to remedy the situation beyond the small panel; it is a step up though than the average figure with open space on the inside of legs. Other than that, buy him--he's a great addition to round out the high-end racecar Autobot brethren!

This version of Smokescreen is the best representation yet of him in Robot mode. Excellent head sculpt, great colors. His vehicle mode is pretty solid too, however I'm never a fan of "mushroom peg" style wheels like he has. I'm also not a fan of unpainted wheels. His robot mode more than makes up for these very small shortcomings though. Be warned though if you are a MIB collector, mine came in a bubble mailer, though his box was still pretty close to mint.

I bought this only for the mold. I already have Siege Bluestreak, and ordered the Prowl and Ironhide two pack. It never arrived (probably because Amazon didn't put it in a shipping box, so everyone who saw it could know exactly what they were stealing). So despite not liking the colors, I got Smokescreen. The colors are not as bright as they seem in pictures, and the paint is so nice it makes it look ceramic. Still wish I had Prowl, but I'm much happier with this than I expected.

Earthrise Smokescreen is a delightful figure that has a lot of personality. Heavily influenced by the Masterpiece configuration, this mold of the car and character is one of the finer iterations. Smokescreen’s classic stock racer color scheme makes him standout on a shelf, even among the rest of the brightly colored Autobots. The figure lovingly homages the original toy while still modernizing it with useful articulation. He’s a joy to pose in robot mode. One nitpick is the look of the snap on tires which make the toy appear cheaper, almost like a Fisher price toy in that regard. That really shouldn’t detract from enjoying the figure overall. Recommended buy.

Upon inspection the figure felt good in hand, was a little tricky to transform, and in some places feels tight as if things arent lining up just right, but works well and looks excellent in both alternate and robot forms, would reccommend to anyone that is a fan of the character or the toyline in general

Perfect update of a classic character. I was someone who grew up when the original series debuted, and the original Smokescreen was one of my favorite characters, but I always wanted one that is a true "Action" figure and looked like he did on the cartoon. Mission accomplished, great figure, and way better than previous versions of the character.
