Glitters like gold and should be treasured like gold as Mark Anthony had treasured Cleopatra.
She glitters like gold! No wonder Wonder Woman is wonderful. It was love at first sight! I am only a casual Wonder Woman fan. I liked Lynda Carter in the old TV series and I liked Gal Gadot in her recent appearances in 3 DC Universe movies as Wonder Woman. This latest Wonder Woman action figure is one of the best ever made. Beautifully sculpted and painted – an ornament in gold. I am reminded of Liz Taylor in her role as Cleopatra in the 1963 movie – the scene when she arrives in Rome as a guest of Julius Caesar and is garbed in gold. The figure stands at 7 inches but rises to 8 inches if mounted on the stand provided.McFarlane Toys is well-known for excellent detailed sculpting but on the other side of the coin, its figures lack articulation – these are intended for serious collectors to put on display and are not really play things even though they are called toys. Some of the figures produced by McFarlane toys since about 1994 are not even poseable because they are already in a fixed pose – with legs bent or in a crouching position. Good examples are the Yellow Submarine Fab Four figures, the Dragons series, Movie Maniacs and the figures based on the ‘Lost’ TV series. Toys? Nah, these are sculptures in plastic. Hence, this beautiful armored Wonder Woman is no different. Not for kids to play with. The wings will fall off easily. No kidding with this figure allowed for kids. The photos –I am not a serious Wonder Woman fan but I have collected more than 20 Wonder Woman figures since about 1986 when Kenner made a Super Powers series that featured DC superheroes and villains. My first Wonder Woman figure is from this series. Thereafter, I bought several versions of Wonder Woman from DC Direct and later from Mattel which produced figures based on the Justice League animated TV series and then, recently, figures based on Gal Gadot’s movie appearances.Photo 1 shows a close-up of this latest Gal Gadot Wonder Woman 1984 figurePhotos 2, 3 and 4 are for size comparison – it shows the figure in the company of other Wonder Woman figures from other manufacturers in different sizes - a Kenner figure (3.75 inches); a Mattel figure from the Justice League cartoon series (3,75 inches); two DC Direct figures (6 inches), a new companion McFarlane figure (6 inches) and a 10-inch Mattel figure that is based on the cartoon series.A beauty to behold. It was love at first sight - I felt like a love-sick Mark Anthony when I first set my eyes on this latest Wonder Woman figure - she's my Golcen Girl and my Cleopatra.

Caught in the Golden Lasso
Wonder WomanMcFarlane Toys continues their development of action figures for the DC Extended Universe by making action figures for the movie Wonder Woman 1984. In the first DCEU movie, McFarlane made only one action figure, now they have doubled it with two. This is still a shame given the villainess in the movie who should have an action figure. With so few characters there is no Build-A-Figure. Starting with Wonder Woman.Years before she was in the Justice League and years after her encounter with the vengeful God of War, Diana of Themiscyra spends her days living her life in the World of Men. In a span of days, a man desires a dangerous divine power that grants wishes to all but corrupts the wish to dangerous levels. Wonder Woman returns to put things right. Standing nearly 7.25 inches tall with the same articulation as other McFarlane Toys action figures and resembling the character’s appearance from the movie’s action sequences throughout.Included as an accessory is a stand and two versions of her Lasso of Truth, one that is kept on a clip to her waist, the other unspooled which I can presume will fit around another figure will one end is gripped in her hand. Honestly, I wish this included her sword or her shield. The figure’s likeness looks nice, it is just that the legs seem somewhat blocky, not the shapely ones that Gal Gadot walks with.Wonder Woman ArmoredMcFarlane Toys continues their development of action figures for the DC Extended Universe by making action figures for the movie Wonder Woman 1984. These wings connect but they don’t do anything cool like flap around. I wish this included an alternate unmasked head.

Package arrived hammered, but toy in tact!
It's an action figure suitable for an adult collector more than a kid to play with.My figure had no flaws. It all went together as it should. Stand to hold it up works well so far.Whoever filled this order didn't care about delivering a collectable package as it was in bubble wrap pouch not in a cardboard box. I was opening this one so it didn't matter to me, but it matters to some folks.

"You just have to want it!"
I enjoyed the movie when it came out, Gal and Chris were alot of enjoyable fun in the movie. I've thought about this figure and I am happy that I ended up getting the figure in the end. Would recommend.

Cool figure for the price!
This is a great figure for only $20. Good articulation points and a perfect size to be displayable. The head sculpt looks much better in person compared to the stock photo which looks like they enhanced the makeup on her face. Would have been nice to have a little muscle definition in her legs but hey I cant complain it still looks awesome. She can stand on her own without the stand. I love the trading card it comes with which actually was one of the main reasons why I bought the figure lol. I ended up getting her into an awesome pose and I just love it. I've attached 2 photos I took with the figure posed next to my other dc collection. She doesn't come with a sword or shield I used those accessories from another dc multiverse wonder woman figure but it worked out perfectly.
