We had an AC for a converted third garage to an office. We assumed the AC was not cooling but NO it was just the remote controller that was not working.. So, before you spend $800 on AC service just make sure the problem is not a $20 remote controller.

This is NOT A UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL!!
I bought this product which popped out when I did my search for a remote control for my Panasonic air conditioner only to find out that the product does not support the Panasonic products at all. A waste of money and the inconvenience of not being able to use my air conditioner, I can’t even return the product from here ( I LIVE IN THE CARIBBEAN).

It's in Celsius
The remote seems to work and connect easily. However, it's only in Celsius and doesn't appear to have a way to change it to Fahrenheit.

It works on my old Arctic King
I have an old Midea Arctic King. I broke the remote after so many years. I couldn't find a replacement remote that worked. This one did

Do not buy
I am gonna be short and say it just didnt work. We tried for hours and used all the different ways to set it up for our tariden a/c it didnt work!!! Waste of money. Do not buy
