The colors matched much better this time after my feedback.—-This kit comes with: labeled paint, brushes, hanging tools, a paper reference of your image by number (mine was just black and white, not colored like you see in the product photos, though it would be helpful to have a small one of for reference!) It’s very time-consuming but for me that’s not a con. It’s a project! Otherwise I would order a finished one. I love how mine came out for the most part, and enjoyed doing it. I’ve posted my original photo and completed paint by number.My only reason for taking off one star is because of some color inaccuracies from the original portrait. I understand needing to reduce the number of colors that are really there (I received 25 paints), but the one that really didn’t make sense to me was the dark beige color you see at the bottom of the cats’ fur. I figured that color was to tie everything together, but it would have made more sense in my opinion for it to be grey with smaller patches of that dark beige one.I also wonder why my black and white cat’s bottom foot ended up partially green, or her really white fur is darker grey.Regardless, I’ve already ordered another one of these, and an additional for my friend.

I ordered this as a gift and got it the very first estimated delivery date. I was surprised it came so quick.It came with everything we needed and provided plenty of paint. It does take a while to paint but it is a great time to do with someone. We had a great time painting and we were impressed with how it turned out. There were a few areas that we decided to paint a different color, but overall the painting looks very similar to the photo.One recommendation I would give the makers is a map of the colors separate from the canvas. Especially with the smaller sections, you can paint over another section easily so if you could look up a section on a separate sheet to see what color belongs there that would be helpful. Also if you want to go back and touch up a section you would know what color to use.Overall this was a great product and a great time to share with someone.

I really like this company. They do a great job of stretching and framing. I just wish the painting came with a blueprint of all the numbers. Some of the numbers especially around the eyes, which are the most important are hard to read.

I received a personalized message from the seller, asking for specifications, which I thought was nice. It took 3 weeks to arrive. The image turned out great and came with a couple of different sized paintbrushes and some backings to screw in so the painting can be displayed. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Paint is thick and drying out. I was missing one color. I have wont use them again. The picture though was great.

About 1/4 finished. It is HARD to work on. But I've found that patience and a 10X brush (VERY tiny) seems to be the key. Before you start, go by a place that sells cheap reading glasses and get a pair of at least 3.25 lenses. It really makes a difference.

They do a great job with the painting details and coloring. Had lots of fun doing this. And, should you have any issue, they’re very helpful. Worth every penny.

Package and product were damaged in shipping and the seller fixed it right away and sent out a replacement. Great customer service and fun product! Turned out perfect.

The canvas and paints were as described but unfortunately the final picture was much darker than the photo sent and there were various anomalies with the colours down the front legs of the dog and patches on it's back. However I cannot fault the company, they refunded because of the dissatisfaction and were very helpful in every way. Just sorry I didn't get what I wanted, i.e. a picture as per photo. I'm sure it could be done as my daughter had a perfect picture of her cat from them.

I have been so impressed with the quick delivery and accuracy to the original photo. It is the last photo that was taken of my mum and my late father. It has been therapeutic but also difficult to paint my late father, so I am still in the process of finishing it. I would recommend this product to anybody who enjoys painting or just relaxing....thank you so much .

So the picture was almost exactly what I wanted, it was slightly more zoomed in than I'd liked but nothing too bad. The colors were quite off, and I dont know why. I included a picture of what I ordered as you can see the colors are quite vibrant, but I got dull colors in my kit. Also most of the colors aren't shiny or glossy like oil paintings should be, they are very dull. I'm going to have to put a layer of gloss or varnish to fix the lifeless color. A little disappointed but overall it's a fun activity therefore it got 3 stars.

The package arrived early (off to a great start) and far exceeded my expectations! My painting was a family picture with a scenic landscape. I was a bit apprehensive at the start with the colour choice for the bodies, but I trusted the process and it is stunning!! I've received so many compliments and it brought tears to my parents' eyes when I presented it to them as a Christmas present (and by no means am I an artist!!).Sometimes the technology they use picks up slightly different shades which the human eye would probably perceive as one colour (e.g. if there is a shadow), but you can either trust the process or use your common sense if you want a piece of clothing to be a block colour for example.I've just ordered my second painting! I'm so excited :)

Well, I have to say it turned out really well.Result speaks for itself. 68 hours later (larger size)My strong advice:1. Take very clear photos before you begin painting of the canvas (I got the heads up from a friend, thankfully), so you have a reference point for doing retouches, or the inevitable moments you looked away having covered the number up and forgot to finish the section bit (now unnumbered).2. Use the Proof via email process, if you don't like the level of detail in their proof or colours, then request a more detailed or vibrant version. They adjusted mine and I was very pleased with the second proof (see images)3. They give you ample paint, so don't be stingey when painting, otherwise it'll not be as vibrant colour-wise compared to their proof. But this is a fault of the painter, not the product. I went back over areas I did early on to ensure they were darker, to fully cover numbering on lighter colours.4. Persevere, as it literally comes together at the end with the last numbers. Up to that point it looks a bit pants (like the person from Nov 2020 who hadn't done all the product before they gave up...)I've added the following images:Finished result (incl frame)Blank canvas2nd and approved proof1st and changed proof (note I changed size also)Key point, the proof difference was more than just size.Cons:A small number of sections need some working out as to their number, as it at first look doesn't look like it links to a numbered section (but I'm sure the computer that created it would prove you wrong) - this I've heard is a common issue with these types of providers.The frame was quite tricky to put together and keep it squared. But I got there, ish.
