Good net. Not ideal for finger mullet
Its a good net great for almost any baitfish. Except finger mullet. The holes are just big enough to snag every single mullets gill plates. Tried shaking them loose and ended up with a bunch of headless mullet. Works great for mehadden, bluegill, or any panfish shaped bait, but not finger mullet and id assume shiners would run into the same issue. Will be looking for a net with smaller mesh in the future.

Good net for the money.
Got this net a month ago. I have the 6 foot model. Have used it 4 times. The good: Have been very successful with it. I'm casting from shore on a beach and a canal inlet. When bait fish are available. They are in my bucket. After 400 casts or so. The netting looks like new. It cast well and opens up well. Seems to sink fast enough to catch fish in shallow water. The wrist strap is very comfortable. The bad: The sinkers are "stainless" instead of lead. They are rusting. The rusting is discoloring the net. The comfortable wrist strap will be the first thing to fail on the net. The cast rope seems to tangle a little easier than my Mako net. It comes in a useless bag instead of a bucket. I say that as a negative with a grain of salt. Other lower cost nets usually come with a bucket or container that, while better than the cheap nylon bag, fit the net so exactly that it is an extreme challenge to put the net back in them after they are initially removed. The end product is the same. You find a different bucket to drop it in.My overall feeling: It's a good net for the money. If you are learning and if you take the time to rinse it with fresh water and dry it after use, it works well. I don't think it has the weight to perform well in water deeper than 4-5 feet. If I was to do it again, I would probably pay the extra $$ and buy a Mako net. They are heavier and the cast lines tangle less easily. And their lead weights don't rust.

Great durability
This net is awesome it didn’t tear or snap when it got caught up on rocks and other debris

Rusting weights
I do like the net but there are two issues I have with it. Number one issue is that the weights were some metal, not lead, that rust. The second issue is that the brail line clip did not hold the lines in place and when the net got caught on something, the lines on one side would pull and shorten the lines on the opposite side and needed to be readjust.I do the the longer line and size. I will continue to use it until the weights rust away.

Fun and pretty durable
I purchased this net to try catching some fish in the creek that I go to with my kids. We've used it 4-5 times now, and have had good luck. It seems pretty durable, as we've gotten stuck on a few branches, and pulling hasn't ripped any parts of the net just yet. A good value for the entertainment of catching the fish.

Not durable
I used it occasionally to catch minnows and it was ripped after a few months used. It tends to tangle more than the other brands I used.
