Not bad, but larger chested women may struggle.
I bought a large despite typically wearing a medium because I have a large bust (32GG). I was hoping sizing it up would help to fit more like it's shown in the picture of the model. While it did cover my chest it ended up less than an inch under my bra line, and as I'm only 5'2" it seems it may be an issue for others. I ended up not wearing it to the event I had planned to, but am keeping it on hand as it might make a good costume piece. Also, the fabric doesn't breath, so if you want this for a warmer night where you'll be moving (like in a club) it might not be the best item.

Runs Slightly Small
I ordered a large and I typically wear a medium. This was still on the tight side but not uncomfortable. It ended up being shorter than I wanted but my torso is a little on the long side.

Great shirt for events
This shirt was actually extremely comfortable! I bought the sleeveless version because I was worried it would be tight and uncomfortable and sweaty fabric, but this was super comfortable to go out in all day!
