The package was perfection. They take all the steps necessary to make sure the framed painting came with no flaws. It looked even better in person than online.

I love the way this print looks and the size is great for a bedroom or office. But, I ordered this same print 3 times. First one had a crushed frame, second one a damaged print with a long scratch, and the third one small dents across the frame. Amazon replaced the first one and the vendor's customer service refunded the second one. I have given up with the third one and will just keep it. The packaging is minimal (just the basic cardboard box and some cardboard corner protectors). There is nothing to prevent damage during shipping. The frame's container needs to be packaged within another box with some other type of packing material. If it wasn't for the frustration of keeping a damaged product, this would be a 5 star.UPDATE: Customer service for this company is excellent. They have continued to do everything they can to make the situation right.

Yes I like the print. It does feel cheap for the cost. One corner of frame was completely damaged when it arrived.

I can't say enough as to how much everyone loves this picture. It is just so pretty and pulls you in. The colors are even better in person and the frame is lovely and it is very light weight. Comes with mounting stuff for the frame itself, but you do need a hanger or something for wall. I would highly recommend!

Although there was slight damage from postage processes, customer service was extremely helpful and supportive when addressing the issue. The print matches my decor perfectly. Overall, a great purchase.
