Works well. Power Light is a bit bright but works well as a night light.I'd recommend it

This little box is pretty awesome. I love my gadgets/every day tech, but having so many chargers on my desk created a lot of clutter. I have to charge 2 phones, 2 tablets, a watch and bluetooth headphones. that's a lot of wires, shared space and occupied outlets! With this 4 port charger, I might be able to get rid of a surge protector!The Good:it's small. Looks and feels great (not that you'll be caressing the box often...or will you?).I love that it has two ports dedicated @ 5v2.1A b/c if your device can handle it, it'll charge your devices faster than the 5v1A ports (similar to the standard charging block that comes with your iphones/apple watch).The Not-so-good:the LED bulb is very bright (I'm being picky because that's only thing I could find possibly wrong/negative about this device). I covered it up with some masking tape.Overall, for the price, this is a great product to have. It beats having to have multiple chargers or for each device. It also makes a great gift. If you're apple person, going with the white might be a better choice because it matches the cables. I opted to go with black because it better suits my desk and the other devices that occupy it.I was given this item and a request for my honest review.

Just to get it out of the way, I received this product free of charge for my honest and unbiased review.I am going to base this review on comparison to another Qicent product SC-4A5U, a surge protector and USB charging station in one, which I did buy with my own hard earned money.Construction:This USB charging station has 2 choice of colors, black and white. The one I received is black with rubberized texture, which does feels very solid but not overly luxurious. The SC-4ASU I have is white glossy plastic, which I personally prefer. However, this is subjective to personal taste.Function:This 4 port USB charging station does job well. Since there is no power button, I just leave it plugged in all the time. No detectable heat generated, no high pitched hiss noise I can hear. From the measurement using KillaWatt, the USB charger does not have any detectable power draw while idle. Charging my Dell Venue tablet shows a power draw of 7.6 watt, which is equivalent to about 1.5 Amps. The current do fluctuate as the tablet change it power draw throughout the charging cycle.Features:This DA-4U has no fancy features. It does one thing and does one thing well, which is charging multiple devices quietly and efficiently. If you are looking at more features for around double the prices, SC-4A5U will give you a total of 5 USB ports (but all will support up to 2.1 Amp charging) and 5 three prong grounded plug. It also has a power button and a much more subtle blue LED light, thus a bit more bed room friendly.

Works great, very compact and efficient. If I didnt have the 5 port hub I'd have this as my main. So I took it to work.. and even though its 4 ports I only charge 2 devices on it.. but room to share for that guy who needs to charge his device also.So far its been very reliable and no signs of over heating. Nice device worth the buy!

2 5V2.1A and 2 5V1A Great for charging any device. I have to carry two phones for work and this charger is great! Charges my iPhone 6 and Note 4 no problems with room to spare for my tablet and Bluetooth headphones. First let me say this is the easy product to use. It really really comfortable to use. I would recommend to everyone that I know. One of the best product I've ever used. Comes in a great box and easy to open.I got this product at discount rate. And I would buy it again. That how good it is. Man they need to add more stars.
