Printer will not accept ink cartridges and the manufacture is aware of this... in the box there is a paper stating that you should reset your printer to factory defaults and change a setting to not let your printer install any updates in order to make these cartridges work. This means that your printer would always be out of date and you would have to reset any blutooth/email settings you have currently on your printer. (My printer is not that tech fancy, it's a basic hp from costco, so I don't think it's "too advanced" to accept the cartridges or anything, this is just a bad product)The paper insert also says "If you have a problem with the cartridges just email us and we will refund you.", I emailed them and received an error message saying that the email couldn't be sent because the user did not exist.

I noticed these are now unavailable. I'm guessing it's because they don't work. I tried to install in my HP 6975 but it wasn't able to register it. I've only tried the black cartridge so far. I noticed other talked about leaking so I'm concerned about them making a mess as I can see extra ink around the area that connects to the printer has more ink around it than I normally see on a cartridge.

The black 902 XL ink totally poured into my printer I had a puddle of black ink it would not work. It also kept on saying it would not take the ink cartridge cuz it was not an original HP ink cartridge. I am hoping I can get the money back for this but it literally sat in a drawer for a month before I just now tried it

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, JUST BUY THE HP CARTRIDGES!I tried using these in my HP6950 printer, they did not work. Printer claimed that they were "Not Installed Correctly". I followed the included instructions on how to restore printer factory defaults and not allow updates with firmware that would prevent the use of these cartridges, they still didn't work.I ended up wasting $30 and two hours trying to get these to work and I still had to go out and buy the overpriced HP cartridges before I could print anything.If anybody out there wants them, I have an unused set (including an unopened black ink cartridge) you can have.

JUNK. DON’T BUY !!! Both black cartridges leaked all over my hands my rug and my feet. Absolute garbage waste of money and time. Ruined my carpet! They leak so you can’t use them! One star is more than generous !!! Why are these being sold on Amazon? UNACCEPTABLE !!!

First Black cartridge would not work in the printer. Kept getting need to reinsert or damaged. Opened second cartridge. Surprise! Leaked ink all over my hands. Dried and tried in printer still does not work. Now I see that my return window closed end of may. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Never again. Going to try for zero stars. If that does not work I will use 1. But believe me this was a waste of money.

Does NOT work with HP OJ 6958! Also, I gently pulled the plastic tab off of the black cartridge and black ink went EVERYWHERE! It ruined my rug and two crafts made by my children. The price was great, but definitely NOT worth it. It angers me beyond (nice) words that HP holds you hostage to only buy their ink once you have done the latest update. At this point, I suck it up and pay HP prices and allow them to gouge me, or get a new printer altogether. Ugh.

I purchased the 902 XL ink cartridge remanufactured for HP. The ink cartridges did not work for my HP officeJet Pro. I followed the instructions by updating my printer setting and installed them as usual. My printer could not read the cartridges. I emailed them for assistance and no one has yet to respond to me. I am returning the product.
