They aren't recommended for drywall
They aren't recommended for drywall, but I haven't had any issues. I've also been using them in masonry for adding to brick.

Warning - do not buy for drywall
I bought these to use where I have 60 holes to drill to have 30 guitars (2 per hanger). These appear as heavy duty. However they do NOT anchor in drywall properly. Look at the terrible reviews on Home Depot also. See pics, used the proper included drill bit and all. And this is before putting weight on them
