I have tried a few brands of Marine Collagen but always go back to these. They are easy to swallow as they aren’t too big and they are good quality capsules that don’t leak. I would recommend these. They are expensive but they do the job. I have tried cheaper and they aren’t as well constructed. They aren’t the most expensive but they aren’t the cheapest.

I've been taking this product for just over 3 weeks now and have definitely noticed an improvement in both my hair and nails. My nails and hair were quite brittle looking, but now my hair is really soft and my nails noticeably stronger. My skin is looking 'brighter' but I think it may be a little early to see the difference in my skin. The capsules are quite large, but as long as you are fine swallowing capsules you will be fine. I take two in the morning & two at night. I'd say its worth it and will be buying more as I can see the difference.

I’ve learned since buying it that many people recommend getting collagen in powder form instead, so you can mix it into liquids and actually take an effective dose. Capsules just don’t deliver enough. That said, I’m still using what I have because it’s certainly better than nothing. However, going forward, I’ll need to take a much higher amount than a single capsule provides to make a real difference. It’s fine as a small supplement, but don’t expect it to meet your daily collagen requirements on its own.
