Samsung OEM Original Part: DC92-00322E Dryer Main Board PCB Assembly

Part was exactly as described and worked perfectly once installed. The installation wasn't even that difficult. My dryer is a Samsung model # DV5471AEP/XAA. The problem I was having was that the drum would continue to spin after a drying cycle had ended even if you turned the power off with the button. The only way to stop the drum was to leave the door open or unplug the dryer from the wall. I assume a relay built in to the board was sticking.

Worked perfectly. Only took 5 minutes to install. Don't call the repair man, do it yourself with this product.

My drum wouldn't stop rolling even when powered off. Only was to turn off was unplug or leave door open. Temperature also wasn't getting hot anymore. This part fixed it all on mySamsung 5451aew/xaa03!

A service guy came to the house to fix our dryer and determined that this module had failed. He told my wife that these were unavailable, had to be special ordered from Korea, and would take several weeks. I googled the part number and it came up on Amazon. Prime, no less. I ordered it and it was delivered later the same day (for free). Took 5 minutes to replace and the dryer is working again. Not sure if the service guy was just mistaken or if he had an agenda, and I felt bad because he only charged a $25 diagnostic fee, but we couldn't be without clean clothes for a month.

Ordered this part as most forums I read said it should resolve my problem. Before the part arrived, the dryer started working again so I tried to return it to the seller "Parts Appliance Chicago". Horrible Experience - they were the worst to deal with. Order this part, it will fix your problem of running after the timer stopped BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM 'Parts Appliance Chicago'

1) Samsung sucks2) They know this part is problematic, but no recall.3) Replaced this part, shouldn't have had to do that but modern appliances are engineered to fail.4) Only worked for 2 months, original problem is back again. Dryer runs continuously but does not heat up.5) I pissed off about this, can you tell?

I was a little scared to do this myself, but I watched a YouTube video on how to replace the part and got to it. I have a DV5451AEW/XAA 01, and though the part fits and works, the control board wasn't where the video said it would be! I found it and replaced it just fine. There were tabs to keep the cover in place on both sides of the original board, on this replacement part they were only on one side. Don't think it's a big deal because I saved about $300 by doing it myself.

My dryer works properly again. Went in real easy and was packaged properly.
