Good single cup brewer
Good 1 cup k cup or grinds coffee brewer. Only down fall it does take time to brew as it has to heat the water. I put in the amount of water for your size cup.

Stopped working after about 10 k-cups
It is small and produces drinkable coffee. Nothing not to like there. Stopped working after about a week. I asked for a replacement but it looks like it will take a month to get it. A replacement should not take that long.Added Comment: Ended up replacing it with a Keurig "K-mini" coffee maker. It was a little more expensive. It works. It works much faster. It is about the same size. It has a transparent tank with measurements on the side. It looks better. The coffee is noticeably better using the same type of K-Cups. It is a much better machine.

Simple, easy.
I only use mine for making kcup teas.I have found the water intake a bit hard to use without spilling. But, I imagine less disabled people would have less problems.

Defective
For the past few times I have used it, it makes the coffee but it also makes coffee grounds in with it all in the bottom. That would be the only problem. No mess. I gagged the other morning at work because I got a mouth full of grounds. It made maybe a few cups with no trouble. But like a week ago it started pouring out coffee grounds as well as coffee it had nothing else wrong with it. Well the other night I tried to call and look for the customer service number for the company the coffee maker is made by so I can at least try to save it and fix it. Well there is no way so I gave up. While it was making this morning I didnt know it would do it but I tried to look inside my mug without touching it to see if it was making right and to see if I could see coffee grounds in it and well out of nowhere it spits at me in the face on my eye. It hasn't ever made a mess or anything like that before so I didnt expect it to do that at all. I am very lucky to not have a burned face!! My eye is still burning and sensitive, I don't know what I did wrong or what I wasn't doing right, but i would put water in the reservoir, put the cup in the top, close the lid then push the button, like the ordinary Keurig or any other k-cup coffee maker. I was really wanting to keep the dang thing but not after yesterday morning!!

Ok, fair price, it works.
Its Fine for the price. It drops a lot after its done brewing, but easy to clean. Can't tell why there's a coffee and tea button separate, its there same hot water. Overall quality is Just ok, but no issues yet.

Very Satisfied Customer
Product was exactly what I needed and at a much lower price than the "name brand" competitor. Arrived a day earlier than expected, which was an added bonus

Coffee pot
I returned the first on because I could not open the lid the instructions did not show how to open it.I now have a second one and it is very difficult to operate. Sometimes when I turn it on, just cold water comes out immediately I have searched the net looking for a tutorial and I cannot find one. Any suggestions?

More Expensive Sister
I should have known as soon as I unpacked I was screwed as I had another that was exactly the same but a differentname on it and a few extras. This one didn't last threw 2 cups of coffee. The first one was exactly 10 oz in, 10 oz out. 2nd cup 10 oz in, 6 oz out. I had to hit brew button to get the other 4 oz. 3rd cup 10 oz in 5 oz out, hit brew, got 3 oz out, hit brew and got a spirt, sizzle and a grown. It then it flew into the box it came in.
