UPDATE AS OF 27SEP19My original review (seen below) listed this chair as a one star due to a broken part and an inability to get in contact with the company. Since my review, I have been contacted by dowinx and they offered to replace the broken part and give compensation. I have nothing but respect for a company that puts customer service first. The chair itself is very comfortable, looks nice, and was easy to assemble. I absolutely reccomend this chair, and definitely plan to deal with Dowinx for all my future office chair needs.(Original review)I bought this chair about 7 months ago now, and I loved it immediately. Its comfortable, looks nice, and is very adjustable. Unfortunately, just about a week ago, one of the plastic legs broke. Look, I weigh 170 pounds, I'm well within the weight limit on this thing. I'm not jumping around on this chair, I use it to sit, nothing else. In fact, I don't get to use it too often becuase I don't have much free time anymore. Basically what I'm saying is that I am livid that this expensive chair broke after only 7 months of inconsistent use. Maybe I just recieved a defective part, but I have not yet been able to get in contact with Dowinx, so I won't know until they get back to me.(End original review)

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  So I'm writing this review because It's literally been LESS THAN ONE YEAR that I purchased this item, and already I've had multiple problems with this Item. I purchased this Sept. 9th of 2019 and now its March 21st of 2020. This is not okay! Considering, I paid a good amount of money. The hydraulics of the chair broke, and does work when the handle lifts up. Also the foot rest portion of the chair never comes out anymore. It's literally stuck like glue (even tried to unscrew it but it doesn't come out when screwed back on). I am upset because based off the rest of the reviews it seemed like this was a really durable item but i guess its not the case. PLEASE RECONSIDER THIS ITEM!!!

I love the color. But the pricing is kinda bad with how it's not any more comfortable than chairs nearly half the price. Also the pillows are awful thanks to the seams being extremely hard and the foam having nowhere to expand - the edges of the pillows are rock hard. Not to mention the amount of foam used at all in the chair is minuscule.The fabric I thought felt weird at first but now I like it.Nothing to say about the footrest other than it's kinda sad. Like, I'm less than 5'7" and my upper calves are what rest on it - it doesn't tilt either so there's no way to compensate.Assembly was kind of annoying. The seat back doesn't fit very well to the seat bottom attaching/reclining mechanism. The upholstery gets in the way when threading screws in. Plus the side covers for the reclining mechanism bars are nearly impossible to screw on. In fact, I could not get the screws to even catch the threaded hole despite trying for over 20 minutes.Last, the seat itself tilts on the base if you recline too far back, although the base stays stable.If the chair was at least $50 cheaper I'd recommend it more but $204.71 after tax is a lot for what I got.UPDATE: leaving it out for a couple days inexplicably made it comfier. Dunno what's going on.

The chair is comfortable, and was easy to assemble. How ever I had to get a replacement because when I sat down on the chair after a week or two of use a wheel broke off. Dumping me onto the floor. The support legs that hold the wheels are completely made of plastic. I weigh 220lbs and didn't expect the breakage. I exchanged the chair for a new one and returned the new chair unpacked with the broken wheel assembly. Thus far its been good to go.UPDATE4-8-2020. The chair is junk. The Wheels are broke off. Plastic is falling apart all over the chair. Bolts work loose over and over. The riser shock has failed. I am a 220 lb guy that works in home building and remodeling. Very disappointing chair.

I am 5'3 and plump lol and this chair fits great. Its really comfy. Feels like a luxury car. Yes the seems are tight but I don't want to feel like im sitting in my bed, it supportive. I use this chair for work and love it! I will never go back to using office chairs. My husband put it together in about 15 minutes. He buys a new office chair every year or two and puts them together so he said it was super easy. The colors are also a plus. I was happy to see I could get a color that would actually go with colors in my house since Im a older women and not a teenager.

It arrived one day late which wasn’t bad, still pretty fast. The box came with little shopping damage but no damage to the chair itself, very easy to assemble if you read the instructions. Chair it self looks really good and feels sturdy, only problem I had with it is the wings on the seat cushion, they push my legs together causing some discomfort , but I emailed customer service and they offered to send em a replacement seat to fix my problem. Very pleased with the lengths they went through to help me. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good, stylish and sturdy gaming chair.

Bought this to replace my older gaming chair. So far, the chair is excellent and have no complaints at all. It was priced well and I love the look of it. I use it both for gaming and for CPU work (sitting on it right now writing this review). The chair was easy to assemble. It came in easy enough pieces and the instructions were easy to follow. Had it all together and ready to go in less than 1/2 hr...about 20 mins. However, there was an annoyance in assembly, as one of the armrests would wobble and would not adjust or tighten. After some checking and investigation, found that if I pulled the arm upwards, the very tight bolts at the bottom of the armrests would have some play now, and I can tighten further, This fixed the issue, but was not even an issue in the other arm, and a bit of an annoyance.The chair is great for the most part. The Armrest cushions are very supportive. They are firm, which is great, but have enough give in them to not be too hard. Just right for me. The neck and back cushions are very effective as well, and provide great support when I am working or gaming. The chair spins fluidly and the castors move with no issue. My only other 3 complaints are1. The actual main cushion is simply not as good as I thought it would be. It is not terrible by any means, but also not as supportive as other chairs I have used. In fact, it feels a bit hard, and after some prolonged time in the chair, it can get uncomfortable. But again, pretty manageable, and it is better than other chairs I had over the years.2. The back cushion has a massage function, but the cord that comes with it is too short to be effectively useful. While I can use it at my desk, I cannot consider moving around with the cord, as it is not long enough. It only becomes effective with a USB extension, so I can move around as I work. The cord is 4 feet long. But by time you run the cord from the back cushion through the middle of the chair to the be able to hook up, you only have about 3 feet left. Not is a not a lot to work it. A longer cord would be ideal.3. After just a week of use, the chair has starting making some creaking or squeaking noises. I am a big guy, but well under the wait limitations. This is not a big deal, but my other chairs did not do this.Dropped one star because of the above. Would probably give it 3.5, but as this is a 5 star system, and I am still more happy with the chair vs disappointed, I gave it 4, and would still recommend it, as long as you take into the account my above observances.

I bought this gaming chair for my son, who is over 200lbs. The wheels are plastic and broke within a week of using the chair. I want my money back, but there is apparently no process I can find to make this happen without boxing up this monstrosity of a chair. The chair is big and bulky, very heavy and hard to assemble and is a massive item to package.Lesson learned-if you are a male who is over 200 pounds, this chair is not the chair for you!

I bought this for my desk in my bedroom. It was super easy to assemble, although I did change the wheels out for SunnieDog wheels (which are completely compatible). The box was quite heavy, large, and has no handles on it so it was a bit difficult to transport it from my post office to my car so an extra hand or a moving dollie/cart. Especially if not delivered to your door or you have to go up a flight of stairs.Absolutely needs the lower back pillow as the back of the chair is completely flat. Time will tell durability wise how it fares but seems sturdy after having it for a few months. No tears, marks or signs of wear so far. Was in excellent condition upon arrival. Will absolutely consider buying this brand again when I need a new chair.

We've had this a year now so this is review about how it's holding up! My 15yr old son sits in this chair A LOT! bought just before the pandemic began so he's had a lot of lockdown gaming in 12months. The chair was a little fussy to put together, a lot of pieces (little pieces) and quite cheap plastic. We've had to make a lot of adjustments to it, loose pieces or bits falling off altogether but nothing we were able to fix easily. The built in massage is a nice touch (and still working) same with the built in USB chargers....because you can never have enough of those! We bought this on sale for around $200 and for the price its not bad...you can easily spend a lot more than that on gaming chairs but that was our budget at the time. Overall, a good buy.
