I am using these boxes for coconut oil. ..of course they leak oil a bit. I love them. They are beautiful and handy. I would gladly recommend them for anything dry and most things wet. If you are standing on the edge, buy them.

These are sturdy, well-made little boxes that smell like natural wood (no chemical smells). I am using these for salt, but they can be used for pretty much anything - just as decoration, storing jewelry, storing spices, etc.

I needed two salt boxes. One by my stove and one by my prep area. They are a bit small so they tend to get lost on my counter top but even on the most humid days it keeps the salt dry. I thought I'd miss the magnetic closure of the lid like my old but it's been nice to just move it out of the way. The magnet on my old one rusted and didn't work well after a bit of time. They are attractive and a nice quality of wood. My old bamboo ones didn't hold up over a long time.

Separated at seams within 2 days.

I bought this set so I could have a salt box on my dining room table and also one next to my stove for cooking. These are perfect for both, as they are functional for my intended purpose and also very attractive. Good quality, arrived very quickly!

I wished it was at least one inch bigger just for my preference. It is perfect size both for outdoor or indoor cooking. It has a very nice look to it and I love the fact it is a set! Good buy!

I bought these to use while cooking. They are the size decribed and though unfinished, I rubbed them with Boos Block Board Cream (bee's wax & food grade mineral oil) for butcher blocks and cutting boards to bring out the color and give a smooth finish. Looks great

They’re just not “nice.” The glue binding the handle to the lid is very visible. It leaked all over the lid (both lids). The wood is unfinished. It needs some sort of coating or veneer. There’s also a big gash in the wood. They’re still functional and attractive from far away but they were meant to be a gift but we weren’t comfortable gifting so we kept.
