I've actually been trying to cut back on my coffee intake and with Lean Joe Bean coffee I'm actually meeting my goal! Just one cup, as the package recommends, and I am good to go! My energy is good, but I'm not at all jittery and I have enough energy for a good morning workout. It does have a slightly different taste than traditional coffee, but I find it in no way offputting. I just add a bit of heavy cream or coconut creamer and it tastes great!

The flavor of this coffee is excellent. I have tried instant weight loss / energy coffee before and compared to the others I have tried Lean Joe Bean's flavor is by far the best. My energy level did increase upon consumption as well. Trying this during COVID-19 stay at home time is helping me curb my appetite and not snack all day.

Recently, I've been doing my best to eat better/cleaner in order to be healthier/lose some weight. I decided to give this a try in order to break out of my normal coffee routine & honestly: I was surprised at how much I didn't hate it. The flavor is a bit different (it tastes a bit more earthy than my usual coffee) but it wasn't bad at all. In fact, after my first few sips, I realized that it was a nice change-up from my normal coffee. Additionally, it left me feeling energized, without the usual "crash" that caffeine delivers. I'm excited to add this into my new coffee routine!

This coffee didn't do anything for me. No boost of energy, no appetite control. Taste was okay and did mix well. Just didn't help with my energy level which is what I was hoping for.

Tastes okay, makes you have to poop more than normal coffee.

I hope that it helped me with weight loss. I’m on a keto diet. Looking for the right additions no way of knowing if it works but it’s OK.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of this coffee. I like more the small to-go packets because it makes it easy to take along anywhere I'll go. After 3 days I started to notice that is suppressing my appetite. I prepared it as I regularly do (cream and sweetener) and I'm set for a great start of the day.

This coffee has a great taste and suppresses appetite very well, eliminates cravings
