Great product, I would recommend it to anyone looking to keep a senior family member or friend safe.Excellent value product with no monthly fees. I was looking at some of the pay monthly alarms advertised on TV and could not believe how expensive they were compared to this alarm, which does everything you need it to do.It calls up to 3 chosen numbers and will keep dialing if it hits a voicemail. We set it up to 3 people’s cell phones so we know that at least one of us will be able to answer the call.It seems very robust and well built, and the pendants can even be used in the shower, which is a great idea. Very simple to use and very simple to set up - really important for seniors using new technology. All the wearer has to do is push the button (very easy to explain to someone in their 70's!).We had one question so we called the seller and they answered to us almost immediately - great customer service.We're lucky we got it when we did as my friend took ill the night we set it up and thankfully he was wearing the pendant. He pushed the button and his daughter was there in a few minutes to take care of him. For the price you pay, this is a great investment in safety and peace of mind.I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy setup. Effective in calling 3 numbers in the event of an emergency. Excellent product.

My husband has alzheimers. He falls a lot. I got this for him to wear when he is out of my sight just incase he needs help. I set it up and did a test run and wow. This is awesome. I took it outside our home and about 20 ft. from the house and it still worked. It worked from the shower in our bedroom which is 48 ft from the livingroom where the base is. It does just what it says it will do. First it called my phone, then my grandsons phone then my daughters phone just as I programed it to do. He doesn't seem to mind wearing it either. I have had the ones that cost you monthly and didn't like those as much as I like this one. After all if it calls my phone I know something is wrong then I can check on him and call 911 myself if needed. If I don't answer my grandson can call the house if he does not answer the grandson can come check on him or call 911 or one of us to check on him. Which ever is necessary. Depending on if my grandson is at work and cannot leave. If this had a 10 star I would give it a big 10 for the peace of mind. Sure it is not perfect and could dial a phone by mistake once in awhile but, I would rather it be a false alarm than no alarm when he needs help. For the price how can it be beat?

Works really well. We have a large 2 story house and the signal reaches downstairs with no problem.Hub likes the wristband, and if he does take it off, I have a spare to use.

This is well worth 5 Stars, both for value and quality. Delivered quickly and very easy to set up. The instructions were clear and I had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. Very good value for money. Not had to use it in anger yet, but tested it a few times and it did everything it was supposed to. Mom feels safer with it, and so do we. That is the main thing. Great work SureSafe!

Works as advertised. It will dial when button is pressed in case of emergencies.Limitation is that the speakerphone is at the base station, so if someone say falls over far away from the base station, you will not be able to hear what they are saying. However, you can pre record a message that plays when the button is pushed so when the person that's dialed picks up it can say for instance "this is grandma's emergency base station and I have just pushed the button" so there is no confusion that there is an emergency.I think a lot of people wonder why someone would purchase this given most people have mobile phones. I have seen old people faint and fall down and they are not able to unlocked their phone and look-up their person to dial. Just simply pushing a button is the best way.I would recommend this item for those that have very old relatives living at home. It works as advertised.

Does what its supposed to do...the batteries were dead in both wrist bands when I got them...not that hard to replace, just make sure you keep the "O" ring gasket in place when putting it back together....

Edited from original review I add " this button goes off automatically a few times a week. It scares the daylights out of me thinking something is wrong. It continues to work with my twice daily checks but I wish it would only alert when pushed. I've tried contacting the company with no luck for an answer. -Original review- I truly hesitant in buying this but I wanted an option for my Nana that didn't include a call center or monthly subscription. Set up was very easy, and it works! The caller ID comes as the land line it's attached to and the two way conversation is great. She can even call me on her "watch" to.come help her find the phone for days it's in the freezer. * Keep in mind this does not work further than your home/yard.
