I'm a singer- busy practicing or performing. Every singer has their own product for relief. I tried this product when I needed something for a strained voice. I like the flavor and it really soothed my throat. The properties are important- echinacea actually kills germs which can hurt the throat. Slippery Elm is also something I look for because it provides moisture to the throat. I liked this product and will use it again.
