I am born and raised in Florida, and therefore I have spent my life in the sun. I fish frequently on my 22' Skeeter Bay Boat. Fishing behind mangroves for Snook and Redfish keeps my hands in the sun throughout the entire trip. After my last outing, I was surprised to have huge red burn areas on the backs of both my hands. THIS SCARED ME. My wife suggested using sunscreen, but that is not going to work. Sunscreen and live bait do not mix, the scent would be on the bait and the fish are simply not going to bite. Additionally, I dip my hands in the water often to release a fish or just simply to rinse my hands and sunscreen would be gone pretty quickly and again now leaving a scent in the water as well. I found these gloves and thought I would give them a try. THEY ARE THE PERFECT SOLUTION. VERY VERY flexible. They fit perfectly and I love the Velcro strap that adjusts to whatever tightness you desire. This keeps them solidly in place. I use light to medium weight tackle and these gloves allow me to handle hooks with ease, where thicker gloves are cumbersome. Easy to reel, and put your hand right down in the water to land your fish. They dry super quick. The palms have a sort of leather material to add strength. It also protects you from fins. I should have had these years ago, but all I can say now is I feel comfortable being out in the sun. And they look cool!

These worked out very well. I just bought a second pair so that when these get wet I can put dry ones on. Great price. To be determined how well they hold up. But comfortable and lightweight.

These gloves feel and wear as decent gloves. As with many other UPF products I have to believe they hold the UPF50+ norm, as there is no way to verify. Seeing some test results on manufacturer website would be nice. I would like also to recommend a simple improvement that would simplify use and possibly extend life time of these gloves. I suggest to add fabric/string loops between fingers that would make it easier to take these gloves off. I had these loops on other pair of fingerless gloves and they really make it easier to take gloves off plus they can be used to hang the gloves out to dry.

Love it for tennis. My palms sweat a lot causing me to lose grip. These gloves, I use just one for my tennis hand, eliminating the sweaty grip issue. I love them. Easy to hand wash or throw into the washing machine. They air dry over night. I wash them after I get home and they show little sign of wear. This is my second pair. I lost the first pair after a year and ordered another pair right away. I imagine it works as well for the other uses listed. No more grip issue. The gloves do not create a feel issue as my fingers are not covered completely.

I am a size small and it is hard to find a perfect fit. I am very happy with the fit and how it feels when I wear it for sun protection.

Love these gloves but the wrong color was delivered.

I really love these gloves. I’m a swimming pool service guy and for years while cleaning pools i constantly cut and scrape my hands. I thought I would give these gloves a try as a last resort for saving my hands. Since my hands are always wet I can’t use typical gloves. I’ve been using them with success for over a week now and they’ve been great. If they do fall apart it’s not the fault of the manufacturer since I don’t think they were meant for pool guys but I have been really impressed so far. Plus they are fingerless so I can still answer my phone. So far they do what was advertised plus more. They have a very lite feeling on top and feel durable at the bottom where the stronger material is at. The shipping was excellent. So I highly recommend the seller. Great experience all the way around. Go for it if you are considering these gloves.

Used for Kayaking. Great for Sun and Comfort, but did NOT prevent blisters on both of my thumbs. My sizing was right according to chart. Seem to be fine for my wife (size small) and my daughter (size medium). Possibly a tighter fit if I moved from XL to L would have worked. They are what you see in the pictures and where a kayak paddle would rest and rub there is not much extra protection. So if you measure 9” or even a bit higher, I would try the large for a tighter fit. Personally, I’m going to try and find a glove with more protection for paddling in the thumb area where the paddle rests. I am A novice paddler, so possibly it was form that contributed, but I would have expected the gloves to help protect from getting a blister...2 out of 3 seemed fine. Buy to fit tighter. If at high end of size on chart but that size. If on low end of size of chart, but the next size down. Or better yet, by both sizes and keep the ones that fit snug.
