Turn it
I do like it, but I don't use it as displayed. When I did the water/paste run off was all over my sink. So I place the vertical side on the sink so the run off is on the base and I just rinse it off every other day. So the run of is not on the sink.

VERY good & also hygienic
The tray for the Oral B is terrible. Water collects in the brush tray even when I dry the brush with a towel. This is a great solution. I mounted it on the side of my medicine cabinet with white hot melt glue. It seems like it will hold forever but if it doesn't I'll just glue it again. The little residue water drips down & doesn't present an unhealthy problem.Weakness:There could be a hole for a screw to hold it.It could have some with some form of double stick tape (but I've found that stuff doesn't always last forever).I just reordered 6 more for Family.

Messy counter
This item serves its purpose to hold two toothbrush heads. However, the bottom is open where the toothbrushes sit and if there's anything on the toothbrushes that runs down the head and through the opening onto the counter. I end up with two circular white toothpaste marks on my counter that I am always cleaning. This item is also overpriced for what it is.

Keeps falling over! Beware!
I bought this to hold my wife and I's toothbrush heads for our OralB electric toothbrush. When I received the product, it seemed like it would be pretty useful. However, I was wrong! The size and design of the product doesn't make sense, as it constantly falls over when we try to put in or take out our toothbrushes. Once the brushes are inside, it stands up fine, but we bought it so it would be easier and cleaner to store our toothbrushes. It definitely has not made it any easier, OR cleaner as they fall onto the dirty sink counter! My wife has resorted to another product, so we are pretty disappointed with this purchase.

Only one thing missing...
Wished it had a small stand or legs for proper drainage. Remember, toothbrush heads are wet when placed in the holder, so water settles under it without the airflow to dry properly. I often have to prop it up against the sink so the brushes can get airflow underneath to dry properly - otherwise, It's a good product. I plan to super glue legs to it, as soon as I figure out what to use as the 'legs' lol.

Works great - Does Not Tip Over.
I read reviews that said it tips overs so was skeptical about purchasing this. However, it seemed like the perfect solution for our Oral B toothbrush head since we no longer have a medicine cabinet. Good news....have owned it for about one month and it has not tipped over once. My husband is not exactly what you might call "gentle" either and he has no issues with it whatsoever. It looks good and is very functional and low profile. Is it overpriced? I think so for a piece of plastic but it is the only one on the market as far as my searching could tell. I am very happy with this product.Just a note: Maybe some people are standing it upside down - then it would tip over. It's pretty obvious as to how it should be placed though.....so not sure why some have this issue.

Note does not fit sonicare 2 heads (& pricey)
Seems decently made. But a whole lot for an inexpensive bit of plastic. And doesn't work for me for holding sonicare 2 heads: the holes are too small for the sc2's flared bases.Update 8/24/2016: Well, a few months ago, I did get some use out of this little stand: sorting out, "too small holes", is a matter of minutes with a Dremel Tool. :D (pic added, also reflects my son's preference for sharpie-ing tags on the base to avoid potential "confusion". :P).Sadly even a dremel can't fix the price issues though: D

Does not fit larger/regular brushes but can be drilled
READ IF LOOKING AT THIS PHOTO. Larger brushes DO NOT FIT.This is a nice, clean holder. My only problem is that our family uses brush heads and standard brushes. I bought this with the intention of enlarging two holes to fit the larger brushes. I was worried it was going to crack while drilling the holes larger but it didn’t! We used duct tape and a step-bit to get it up to 5/8”. It turned out perfectly! It also does not fall over!

Meh
It does its job which is good but feel like it should come with a base or drip tray of some sort for the price. If you leave on counter it just builds up with the toothpaste residue from inside and gets counter all gross and if you sit it right in the bottom holder it stays wet all the time. As I said it does its job but I dont feel like it does in a useful or hygienic way.

Need something to go underneath it
This holder makes things slightly better than me just leaving the toothbrush heads lying on the bathroom counter. The material is quite sturdy, and that is good. The problem i have with this is that the water dripping from the brush head has nowhere to go, but the counter where this holder is sitting on. As such, the counter will have water rings / marks beneath it. It's nothing a quick wipe can't take care of, but it IS extra work. I am now on the hunt for a dish that I can put underneath this holder so the counter does not take the brunt of the drip-off water.I still find this useful, especially since the new Oral-B toothbrush does not come with a brush-head holder.

Parfait

Not worth the cost
This holds my toothbrush heads well, but is prone to falling over if I move too fast. It's also literally a tiny piece of plastic that shouldn't be over $3.I also dislike that the holes for the brushes sits directly on your counter, so you have to clean after every single brushing. Not worth it.

Great gadget for bathroom
Exactly what I was looking for to hold the toothbrush tips. We had them lying down and they ended up growing gunk inside, so this little gadget solved that problem. There isn't much water that comes out of them, but we just put this on a small towel in the corner of the counter and all is good. It is well made and stands up on its own just fine.
