Too slippery.
I've used the CanDo latex bands before. The latex ones are great, but eventually, the latex degrades and they become useless. I tried these latex-free bands, hoping they would work the same but last longer.These latex-free bands are very slippery, and won't stay tied no matter how tightly I tie them. They seem secure, but come apart while in use. I also tried using them without tying them, but they slip right out of my hands.This particular set comes with very short bands. Too long for most uses, but not long enough to have a useable piece left over.Total waste of time and money.
