Not bad at all
Using these for work, lifting and shifting plastic crates all day.Straps give a bit of wrist support and the padding across the palms is good with the non slip aspect helping.As someone who has done serious weights before I reckon they'd do the job well.If I had one criticism it would be the lack of extra padding on the fingers, but for the price I really can't complain

I’m using them for weight training, and I can say I’m impressed there very comfortable and seem durable, and they also the grip amazingly well. Everything I need from a weight training glove.
